Looks absolutely fake Avoid site No Youtube it says the product won a cosmopolitan award did the research no signs of it anywhere on the internet

I was duped

Yup - I was duped I m normally good at checking sites before purchasing but like a lot of folks with skin conditions - I liked what I saw and was won over by a product that looks like a viable acne solution I ordered a few weeks ago then nothing So I emailed to enquire and still nothing Then I checked in here - so see others saying it s a scam Then I went back to review the website in the hopes that they might be real But yeah upon a second glance there is no real brand here It s all fake

Arrived and does not work

So I ordered on the 24th September it took ages to come It did finally arrive and I got it out to use and it does not work I have emailed them I have used the contact form on the website and I have had no reply from them as of yet This is really disappointing as I paid 50 for this product I have just asked for a replacement one to be sent out as I ve paid for something that is broken and I can not use I m so disappointed and at this moment in time feel completely ripped off If someone from customer service can reply to me and sort the issue that would be much appreciated

Do not waste your money

After three weeks it finally arrived however it looks very much like a fake - wouldnt be surprised to find it for 3 in a Spanish market Does not feel safe to use Absolute waste of 50

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Before the product arrived which took a long time I messaged asking for a return label and refund as it was bought on impulse and I was actually able to find the exact same product for 6 they said because in their return policy it states can t return sale itsms despite me paying 60 for a 6 product they point blank refused and said they ve shipped another one completely free of charge - whether they have or just said that I m unsure This is not what I requested and they have since ignored me I would avoid this company at all costs- update they had told me 3 times of 3 different occasions they had shipped another at no extra cost When I enquired about it weeks later they said they needed proof of the original not working This has been the worst experience ever

Company is a joke Order arrived very late and damaged box Order looks fake not original packaging - don t trust at all I complained over and over again and no help whatsoever Very rude staff being cheeky so unprofessional Going to speak with bank DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
