I m so glad I chose CP
From start to finish the process was fast and stress free I had a few issues with my GP not initially sending my referral but when i contacted CP they were really helpful When I was finally referre4d the process was faster than i thought it was going to be and very smooth using their online portal My Assessor Joshua Maybin was lovely He was understanding and patient and really made me feel at ease during my assessment which definitely helped considering how nervous I was and since it was a 2 hour assessment my anxiety was through the roof Once I received my diagnosis the next steps were explained to me which put my mind at ease I then received my full report and the attention to detail the signposting etc was so helpful I m so glad I chose to use CP They have made this whole process as easy as it should be

Long Wait - Good Service
I had to wait around 10 months for my appointment which felt like a long time especially since I already knew the outcome However once the process started everything moved very quickly The staff were helpful and the doctor I spoke with was very understanding and supportive One downside was that it was quite difficult to get through to someone on the phone Despite this my overall experience was pleasant

The Psychiatrist - Dr Ewa Downie was very knowledgeable and sensitive to my trauma It helped so much to trust her and she read up on my notes before appointment so as not to trigger my trauma again Really has made me trust professionals again after awful NHS experience Thank you Dr Downie

I was very happy with the timescale of referral to assessment which was about 8 months much shorter than nhs waiting list My assessors were friendly and made me feel comfortable Within 3 weeks of feedback appointment I received my diagnosis report which is highly detailed Overall good experience will be re-referring for my ADHD assessment as advised by them

Very professional organisation
We had a doctor s appointment in April and by September we had a diagnosis for our son All the staff that were involved in our journey were very professional kind and caring Our son struggled to talk to the clinician on the zoom call and only managed 20 minutes of the assessment but the lady was very patient and understanding with him They explained everything to us throughout the whole process We are extremely pleased with the time scale that we have had to wait for our son s diagnosis I know parents that have waited over 2 years and more for a diagnosis for their children We would definitely recommend Clinical Partners
