Just be honest

I joined RCA thinking that this would be life changing However that was just not the case When I signed up for RCA I was told put in the work and you ll have all this success Well I did put in the work while also working my normal 9to 5 and being a mom I was told that if I m not making money in 3months I m just not working hard enough Well I worked extremely hard and even got on calls while at work and still didn t make any money RCA doesn t actually prepare you to step into this industry They sell you women especially on having flexible hours and making all this money They fail to tell you that while this might be possible it could take years to actually accomplish this Most companies looking for setters closers only want to pay commission Which means you work 40 to 60 hours a week and could potentially bring home nothing I did learn from this program just not what I thought I would This program is overpriced and sets unrealistic standards

Hopped on a sales call and they me

Hopped on a sales call and they me reschedule because I needed to be by my computer Show up the next day and get ghosted This is the third call with this company which has been complete waste of time

Don t recommend

Sounds like the group have good knowledge judging by the webinar However the reason I m trying to get into entrepreneurship is to become financially free but the course is way to expensive I stayed until the end to get the 1 000 dollar course for free but I never received it Good job I didn t purchase the course as they make promises they can t keep

Remote Closing Academy is garbage

Such a terrible service overall I was told to have a zoom meeting with one of their employees whose name was Ali Ravari and he didn t show up at all Keep in my it was 2am in my country at this time and it wasn t worth waking up to this absolute terrible planning Also DO NOT buy the course it s a total scam If the websites asked you to put in a large sum amount of money upfront and you paid that s the end for you and your bank account because you re not going to be getting anything special or information outside of youtube

Not a scam but

I wouldn t consider this company a scam but there is a lack of transparency about details of placement in the industry The closers and setters you learn from are all in the program Excited full of potential and ready to change their futures Once completed the sales training it took me about 3months RCA does set you up with job offers Though everyone is taught under the impression they will become closers Most people I did mock calls with were started off as setters before becoming the closers After completing interviews with a few companies I landed a setter job I was excited and ready to hit the ground running My coaches gave me great reviews on my mock calls tonality and I was a fit for the industry After a few weeks of setter calls with my first company reality started to kick it As a setter you must be prepared to take at least 100 calls a day to reach the amount of clients required for the week You may think ok no big deal but this is at least 6-12 hours a day sitting at a computer sending emails texts and calling potential clients where 98 dont answer or don t want to talk to you On top of that you re attending trainings meetings and still working with the RCA program each day If the stress of the schedule didn t take a toll Theoretically say you made 15 solid sets a week which is you setting up an interview with a closer If these sets close the program is sold around 10000 each and you as a setter earn 30 however by the end of the week if your closers don t close you earn nothing This happened for about 3 weeks before the stress and lack of income made me rethink my decisions I m sure this program works for some but I ve talked to others setters as well with a similar experience So I d say it s a 60 40 bad vs good experiences I was put in more of a financial bind after the training I paid 8000 for the training and I don t feel my experience was worth that amount of money

Here s what might happened They charged you 12 000 or more by the time you read this review and you WON T be able to learn as much as you wanted before they removed access to the course I wish I had read the terminology in the contract before making this mistake The team is great and the info is valuable but guess what If you simply want to refresh your memory a few months in the future you can t I don t know how good you are at remembering everything while acquiring a new skill I know I m not So for me it s not worth the 12k that I put on my credit card and am still paying off month after month

Shady Marketing Non Transparent MeetingI have given that company twice a chance and everytime I meet with one of their consultants I regret it because besides them making big promises via their emails when it comes to actually being transparent on how they can help ones Business to book appointments There is absolute no transparency after more than 25 minutes investigation questions the consultant still did not clarify how their services could assist my business to book appointments for me far more I got vague superficial answers which angered me for the waste of time I had with them This was the last time that I will ever speak with one of their consultants because their demo as their advertise it is not a demo but a marathon of qualifying questions they ask you to then maybe reveal to you how it all works if they feel like it if they don t you just wasted 30 minutes of your life feeling like you been interrogated like you where on a police station to figure out if your a guilty of a crime or not No thanks I don t want to experience that again

Its not a purchase its an ONGOING investment

I thought that landing a job as a setter with a promising company in the fitness niche with potential for a decent commission was the top of the ladder for me at least in the near future The same setter-agency that hired me and placed me with my first client has now given me an opportunity that wasn t even on my bucket list or something I considered When I interviewed with them to become a setter my mind was focused on landing a decent commission and just gaining skills and experience I was told by so many I needed to develop -- providing people with a way to develop personally or professionally Less than two weeks later wow did things change for me I am now heading up their talent acquisition team My current job is to vet interview and place prospects prospective setters into our training course with a guaranteed job position with our clients B2C B2B businesses that contract with the agency for trained and qualified setters within 14-30 days On top of that I am also still taking calls for some of our clients How crazy is that I was an applicant just two weeks ago and now I m the guy people are looking to for a job The sense of fulfillment from the work I m doing feels amazing The ability to help others achieve their goals find a job and develop is something I ve always wanted The agency is doing a huge scale up in operations and I m at the front leading it We have plans to start training and hiring closers for our clients within the first quarter of 23 Things are looking great SO here are some LESSONS LEARNED 1 Believe in yourself - confidence is key When I first started I was soooo nervous I was anxious When it came time for my pipeline interview I didn t even care if I was placed Have confidence in yourself confidence in your training and your potential If you aren t offered a gig keep looking keep your head up 2 Don t settle - Landing a job as a setter is awesome But don t stop or settle down If you know you re ready for more capable of more Show your worth and look for opportunities for growth 3 Value not time - Some of you might already know and believe this truly in your hearts but You get paid for the value you provide to a company not your time If you are dedicated and you re a high performer you can literally take the job of the guy and gal that hired you and more 4 Self-sourcing works - I know how difficult or annoying it seems Its tedious work reaching out and finding offers that are legit and then going through a gazillion interviews Trust me it works Look for opportunities to better yourself and your knowledge I found my current position by looking for more training and a different perspective on the remote high ticket sales industry Now I have a dream job 5 HT remote sales is bigger than RCA - Get out there and make connections The pipeline is great the community is great but it isn t the entire industry and doesn t give you all of the tools to be successful Build those connections reach out to business owners not looking for a job but ask what they do Its who you know not what you know sometimes 6 Don t jump at the first offer - Take a deep breath relax Is it something you really want Yeah you re down 8800USD but is that worth just jumping into something you don t truly want to be apart of 7 This is your training and its YOUR money If you aren t getting what you want out of this course tell someone Don t suffer in silence If you aren t getting what you were promised say something If your coach isn t getting down with you on a personal level and doesnt seem invested in you there s an issue Speak up If your coach suggests something understand that they have a lot of experience but also that you are not them you re you If you think you should focus on a different part of the course or a different skill If you have an idea Run it by them bring it up suggest it This wasn t a purchase It is an ONGOING investment Control where your money goes every step of the way If anyone would like to chat more or is seeking advice please do Hit my inbox and or reply I ll get back to you Keep killing it guys Big thanks to Cole RCA Imad and everyone else that has helped through my journey

RCA Review

I feel the textbook and group part of RCA is good But if I had know I would not get the intimate help originally offered I would have never spent the money I am by no means saying this is not worth it I am saying I only bought it because there was help It was the special aspect of it that I was looking forward too I went almost two weeks without a coach and when I did have a coach they did not seem very invested in me as an individual or committed to me and my success personally Then to pour gas on the fire they offer the assentation program promising to have me a job in two weeks similar to what I was promised with this program So overall I am happy with the training aspect of this but not so much the rest And in regards to my current coach as of right now I would have to say I m not very impressed
