We did not have a good experience with Coach America Our bus was entirely too hot We needed to ask the bus driver multiple times to please turn the air down and eventually to just turn the AC on The televisions didn t work so our bus full of children couldn t watch the movies we planned to watch The toilet in the bathroom was super shallow which really freaked out our toddler The bus was late to pick us up at the end of the day so we got home later than we had planned for Dylan from Coach America did reach out to me about this review almost immediately He shared that this was likely a subcontracted bus and driver and not one from their actual fleet He seems extremely passionate about this company and the quality they are known to provide which is not indicative of this review He also offered to make a donation to our organization which certainly goes above and beyond thoughtful and was certainly not my intention with my review If we were to need their services in the future I would feel comfortable giving them another try provided they can ensure that we will be provided with their bus and staff

We had a great experience with Coach America We used a 56-passenger bus to transport our student ministry to summer camp The buses were comfortable and we made it to our destinations on time and without stress We highly recommend this bus company

I have been using Coach America for the last few years booking buses for The Department of Education s student trips They are very reliable and punctual Their Sales Executive Dominick Ricigliano is always very helpful and pleasant to speak to I have even used Coach America for personal transportation for my family and I to travel when we are large groups Great experience

We hired Coach America for my son s wedding this past Sunday and we couldn t have been happier The bus was gleaming and super clean and our driver Wing was professional and skilled He was early for our pick up which made us feel at ease We had music synced from our phones and everyone had a fun time on the trips between the hotel and the venue I want to thank the staff at Coach America Sal Ciaravino Paige Adams and in particular our awesome account executive there Leon Goldberg Leon was so attentive to all our needs and he was accessible 24 7 We are recommending Coach America to our friends and family Thank you again

Coach America was incredibly responsive and flexible in responding to our needs in providing transportation for a fast-moving human services project Our assigned representative did whatever was required to make sure our people could get where they needed to go almost everything last-minute and very urgent They have been a great partner to us and we couldn t do it without them

Our team was in need of transportation to the national tournament in Lubbock Texas All of our school vehicles were checked out and Coach America came to the rescue Our driver Adan was awesome The coach itself was super clean and well maintained Our team felt very special and were so thankful to arrive at the tournament in such style

Coach America was able to accommodate two last minute trips when another charter company canceled our trips with little notice Every communication was professional and prompt buses arrived on time and the trip was a huge success Thank you for coming to the rescue It s been a pleasure working with you

I had no prior experience with Coach America I called them for several quotes from various cities and their prices were very competitive That was the start Every call I made was answered quickly every question was answered promptly and the bus schedule was adhered to and executed flawlessly I would highly recommend Coach America
