Coach America to the rescue

At the last minute I need 2 coach buses for an athletic run and Coach America found me from my Google search Everyone I spoke to was friendly accommodating and professional They worked with me on getting the coach buses reserved drivers confirmed quotes received etc When our return trip was extended due to a weather delay no problem We will definitely be using them again

We had a great experience with Coach America Our bus was comfortable Had no issues with AC which we usually do with other buses when traveling to Arizona Steve was very kind helpful and professional One of our teens left their camera on the bus after our trip and Steve went out of his way to help us retrieve it The family was most appreciative of this gesture Our driver Richard was very accommodating and willing to make an extra stop on our way back for teens to get lunch

Our group used Coach America to travel from Harrisburg PA to Philadelphia PA for the day The trip was excellent The luxury coach was clean and the driver was very professional and friendly Dominick Ricigliano from Coach America was our point of contact He was extremely helpful professional and always available for questions and ironing out the details Well Done Thank you

Coach America reached out directly to us and has been working with us every step of the way to acquire buses for various events We have thus far been very happy with the accommodations made They have a great turnaround time a clean fleet and good prices James and Dylan are incredibly accommodating and we absolutely will be utilizing them in the future not just for our school sports but will encourage our partner schools across a very large district to do so as well

Steve has been able to provide

Steve has been able to provide transportation for our college this year without any issues He follows up on trips before and after to make sure we re picking up in the correct locations he texts drivers names and cell phones to our staff so they know who is driving and in case there are any last minute changes I highly recommend Steve and appreciate doing business with him

Everything went smoothly Anthony was very responsive from the very first email For a minute I worried when the driver hadn t contact me before the trip but Anthony took care of it right away I talked with our driver Fred before we arrived at the airport and he was right on time We had a school group of 27 traveling from Hartford Airport to Yale and we will definitely use them again

Large group airport transfer

Coach America took care of our large school group and transported them to and from the airport during a very busy holiday They were on time and made it easy to contact the driver We were given driver contact information the night before Coaches were clean and comfortable and Leon made the process easy I would definitely recommend them to other agents
