Item not received Tracking number not regonised by the courier Have emailed chasing and they assured me a replacement will be sent This replacement is yet to be delivered now now my emails are going unanswered

Poor service

I am disappointed with this company s customer service I have placed an order on 20th November Five days later it was confirmed that the order had been shipped From day one the tracking showed that the parcel was at the post office in Lithuania Firstly I am not sure why it is there when the delivery address is in the UK Secondly I have sent several messages to Codex Amatomicus The last email stated they would speak with the post office the next day to find out what was happening It has been a few days and I haven t had any updates This is not the best way to provide a service to your client

Really positive experience from ordering to delivery the pictures i ordered were very good quality considering they were sent from lithuania mine were received within 11 days from royal mail
