Artmed today tomorrow and always

Artmed was a great experience for me I did my hair transplant on March 4th and the team was nothing but kind and even brought a cake to celebrate my birthday minutes before my surgery this is how you know they care I feel grateful i chose this company because since the first moment i got in contact with INVI he has answered all my questions concerns and gave me options of payment to make my dream come true with a good planning He has not only participated of this process from the beginning but until this date he check on me daily to see the progress of my hair transplant Artmed staff was friendly and respectful from the moment i arrived to Airport picking me up and taking me to a 4 star hotel in a historical province of Istanbul also to mention it was very convenient to wake up everyday and have complimentary breakfast served downstairs Mehmet and Gamze were wonderful translating giving me tips on what to do to explore the city where to shopping and etc Also to mention how it helped me to calm down when they held my hand when i was afraid of the needles and shaking from the anesthesia in the operation room These 2 were precious Well if you are reading this i hope it help you to make the best decision of your life

Incredible experience

ince the beginning I knew that choosing Artmed Clinic would be the right decision for the problems I had with my teeth My medical consultant helped me in every step of the way with the professional assistance of Dr Arten I even got to do a live consultation with Dr Arten himself The doctor explained in a very detailed manner every procedure I had to follow The excellent service starts with the first consultation with the medical consultants and continues for the whole journey in Istanbul After arriving to Istanbul there was this luxury VIP transfer van which got me and my mom to the hotel We had people waiting for us at the airport and a translator which would accompany us during our stay The next day I went to the clinic the staff was very kind and Dr Arten did the whole procedure I did 5 implants at the clinic and everything went perfectly fine Even though I am very scared of dentists Dr Arten makes everything easier for you He is the best and I definitely recommend Artmed for the professionalism and the dedication they offer to every single patient

Great communication from Ardela who talked me through the process and continually checks up on me after the procedure to make sure everything is ok as well as my interpreter Mehmet who made sure everything ran smoothly and even made sure I had private transportation to and from the clinic which was nice What I will say is make sure you are extremely specific with how you want your hairline to look and the coverage area I assumed when the doctor told me they would be doing full coverage in the front they would be covering an area that I feel is a part of the front albeit the rear end of the front toward the top of my head my bald pattern creates a dome shape and the coverage basically excluded the top part of the dome I just assumed that was the agreed upon front part Be Specific this isn t your barber who just knows Take the pen and draw exactly the areas of coverage you want And then let them discuss what is possible or not and work from there Don t assume like I did Besides that everything else was smooth the technicians were amazing I would definitely recommend Artmed the the amazing experience

Hello My name ls Leon and I was so insecure about my hair lost and had to be wearing hats to work and all my social events I started considering to do a H T but then I had a problem in choosing a professional clinic In searching ARTMED CLINIC pops up in my feeds and believe me that was a life changer for me From the start of my journey I met ELSA and she provide me with all the information I needed and even though I was in Canada and she was miles away I could always call her at any given time for information or questions and she would provide the answer or solution Thank you Elsa I honestly had doubts but after talking with her she explained how ARTMED team worked I sent pictures of my hair and she asked me what results I was looking for and they didn t fail they came up with the perfect plan for my situation Everything was handled professionally from the hotel accommodations to the picking up from the airport an English translator provide and I even had a free shuttle bus that picked me up to view the beautiful city of Turkey The doctor and staffing team was great I would recommend ARTMED CLINIC at any given day Thank you

Amazing Experience

Mr Invi was an amazing consulate He was very informative he answered all my questions and made me feel very at ease about coming all the way from America to Turkey To a country I spoke not one single word of their language Everything he said that was gonna happen happened exactly the way he said it So there were no surprises My interpreter Mr Mehmet was just as awesome as Mr Invi he was consistent transparent positive assuring welcoming and introduced me and a few other people who were there with me some very delicious Turkish food I had never been outside of America so I was very anxious but between Mr Invi and Mr Mehmet I felt very comfortable and reassured My transplant went very well and my experience there went even better I have zero complaints so if you re looking to get a hair transplant if your from America or anywhere else this guys are definitely the place you want to come to in Istanbul By the way this city is one of the most beautiful cities in the world

I knew from the beginning if I would trust anyone in Turkey for a transplant it would be Artmed Clinic the experience from the moment they pick you up to the moment you are taken to the airport is the best it was really worth it doing the operation here my medical consultant Eric is always available to help you with everything and he wants to make sure you are satisfied The whole stuff always asked you kindly and made sure you are comfortable 100 Really high tech clinic as well i was more than impressed

This post has been long overdue and I apologize for that However before I go any further I need to make this fact abundantly clear Ardela and I m not aware of her exact title with Artmed with all the time hand attention she gave me tirelessly answering all my questions and concerns months before I decided to make my appointment was Absolutely the main reason I chose Artmed Of course I had many Hair transplant locations to choose from but looking back I know I made the right choice and in large it was because of Ardela But even now that two months after my procedure she still makes herself available at all hours comforting me with her knowledge and genuine concern I just wish there I someone like her in the US because I would most definitely hire her to train my entire staff in all the ways of customer service should be rendered to every single person in all walks of life I could go on and on but time simply doesn t permit me In conclusion I want to thank all of you at Artmed for making my experience a wonderful one Sincerely Kevin Hill

Well to begin with I happened to come across their ad on Instagram opted for a consultation and there comes Mr Invi into picture and leads you into everything from the scratch From clearing doubts to details and planning dates and eventual execution he is there always He arranges an intro with Mr Mehmet who is an not only an exceptional translator but an outright genuine and friendly person He helps interface with the doctors technicians etc Once you land you are given s royal treatment with airport pickup in a luxury airport taxi to the 4 star hotel You get to meet Mehmet Dr Emine and the showman Dr Arten who specializes in Expert Dental implants n Hollywood smile experience I got my hairline shaped well and the crown more dense and the team has the best expertise and skills Dr Emine is very friendly detail oriented and makes you feel accommodated I got my tooth filling and cleaning done by Dr Arten who was awesome again We were treated to a sumptuous lunch sponsored by Dr Arten and a short sight seeing tour as we walked to the restaurant by Mehmet Mr Invi and Mr Mehmet are always available for any follow up questions doubts on WhatsApp A truly amazing experience overall You must give them an opportunity to treat you to best results and satisfaction
