Nice coffee with a great selection but very frustrating when the special deals only cover a small subset of the available products with no indication of what is covered

The monsoon Malabar beans were excellent and delivery was fast Via Royal Mail Unfortunately the postage packing shipping costs are not really viable If this could be reduced it would be excellent

Change Delivery Courier

please change your courier there is no point doing next day delivery for Royal Mail to let you down Non delivery means waiting picking up from a post office which only opens 9-5 30pm useless if you work Suggest DPD

Coffee was good but not measurably

Coffee was good but not measurably better than my usual supplier and many times more expensive I knew it was dear but bought it as a treat for Christmas thinking it would blow my socks off but was left disappointed and feeling rather ripped off

Delivery was fast Coffee however was not preferable to my taste as other online suppliers offerings Also disappointed that bags were not resealable with interlocking plastic strip I continue my search for that online coffee supplier I know will satiate my need

Coffee is great but delivery is expensive

Coffee is always great However delivery costs have increased since my last purchase and are now half the price of the actual coffee When competitors are doing free delivery I think this will be a sticking point for future purchases Shame as they sell my favourite coffee

So I thought I would sample various Coffee Beans coffees Ordered sample pack mystery sample taster and some roasters choice It turns out that they are all the same at different prices The coffee itself was fine good but nothing particularly special

Excellent coffee to suit all tastes

Excellent coffee to suit all tastes What I especially like is that I can put in an order today and it will be at my front door the next day Staff are also happy to discuss what they have in stock and advise on choice taste They even have some taster packs Would have scored then a 5 but during my last order they did not have our regular brand in stock So they decided to replace those 5 packs with another variety which we had not tasted before Wish they had asked me first We hope its a nice roast
