Coinstats itself seems trustworthy though I ve never actually used the platform so I can t really evaluate it But beware of scammers who use it for scams I just got called a couple times by someone claiming 2 6BTC in my Coinstats account the exact same amount as another reviewer here what a coincidence but it was frozen and if I wanted to re-activate my account I d need to transfer 1 of that into my account about 600 Yeah right They called a few times from different phone numbers with different country codes and said there was no number to which you could call them back Said they were from Blockchain as if that were the name of the company though they have no website The login detail was my phone number but the e-mail address connected to it was a gmail address david something blockchain so obviously the account wasn t created by me which I already knew and obviously that gmail address doesn t belong to an actual legit company It said Frozen under the 2 6BTC in the account but that s just a comment I changed the comment to No way Jose and it worked so it s not an actual status They did know my name and phone number and the year in which they said I created an account was indeed the year in which I purchased some cryptos don t know if that was a coincidence and they called me in the same week when I was going through my crypto accounts and stuff so yeah beware and don t fall for these scams

I used them for 4 years sat through the glitches and issues and generally it was an OK experience My credit card expired so I figured this 4 th year renewal would not be able to be charged They did somehow charge my replacement card though that had a different number CVC and exp I cancelled my subscription a few days after as and requested a refund They denied my refund request even after I asked 3 separate times citing my original purchase was the start of my subscription and I have to cancel it within 30 days of that This is not a company that cares about customers they only care about your money

I signed up for 50 38 in Nov 2021 then they charged me for an annual sub at 167 92 and I contacted them to refund I did not receive an invoice so have no idea what the charge is based upon They said they won t refund due to their refund policy That s fine charge me 9 99 monthly fee and refund the annual subscription because I haven t used it yet and do not want the service They advertise Cancel anytime for any reason then deny the refund They did not send me an email notifying me of the renewal Shady business practices avoid at all costs I deeply regret doing business with this company

I have received cold calls from a person saying they are from CoinStats app and saying that I have a large amount of crypto currency in a wallet on CoinStats app In order to unlock the crypto currency a 10 deposit of the amound must be made using a bank card They give a very convincing argument and quote their outstanding TrustPilot reviews This is a scam to try to get the 10 deposit from the bank card

Got a call saying I have an account that is dormant because of no usage and want a release of 500 so I can trade or withdraw my funds also u gave my login password over the fone And my login detail was my fone number Underneath personal details is my done number With some other email
