A guy called david kept ringing me to arrange a transfer fee to reactivate my account in coinstats He explained the procedures and seemed ok I payed 200 into a wallet address and he said that he would ring to help me move my balance So far no answer and i contacted coinstat who said balance doesnt exist Dobt give any money to anyone saying u need to do to unlock account tell them to fxxx off

Stay away from coinstats I ve been trying to get my funds out for months Apparently i had a wallet pin set which i never set myself In order to take out my funds I need the wallet pin I contacted them to help me reset the wallet pin They keep sending me links to reset it but they don t work After 2 months they said something wrong with the account so they need my wallet address to send me the funds I ve sent it to them but I ve been ignored ever since There seem to be only 2 people working for them and they are absolutely useless Stay clear they are scammers

So many times the prices are wrong and I m not talking about a couple of wrong but hundreds of And when they fix it its still there in the chart so your portfolio chart is just useless Example yesterday a coin was up 1115 on CoinStats while in reality it was 4 they took the wrong price from another coin with the same ticker TRAC And it only happens at CoinStats other tracking apps don t have those same price problems Really really really unprofessional especially when it happens a lot Almost weakly there are problems I hope they will fix the portfolio chart because at the moment its totally useless And it will probably stay that way Only thing they are busy with is making money with their Sparkles worthless point system for promotions aka money Please fix this mess of a app Otherwise I m leaving after 2 years This app used to be the very best now its the worst out there

I m confused by all these positive reviews this platform falls down on a number of levels Firstly and most importantly it doesn t track your average coin value so PNL is completely wrong Secondly when connecting API to multiple exchanges and wallets the instructions they provide are completely wrong and clearly outdated so they haven t bothered to keep updating these I would strongly suggest you find an alternative tracking platform

I am not able to send crypto to wallet or withdraw

THEY SCAMMED ME FOR A COUPLE HUNDRED EUROS I had money on their wallet and a subscription And suddenly my pincode doesnt work anymore I contact support and they can change the pincode for me all i had to do was send a picture of me holding a piece of paper with something written on it and my id Eventually i had to send alot of selfies and they always had something to complain to keep them from giving me my pincode The pictures were literally perfect and you could see i am me and you could see my id really clear So thats how i knew they were lying DONT TRADE THROUGH COINSTATS IM WARNING YOU

Must be fake reviews App is not able to pull transactions from bunch of exchanges which they don t clearly highlight on their website have provided a template for CSV upload but has bugs some coins price is showing as 0 after upload have been contacting them for 2 DAYS but nobody responds on their chat bot or over email has to be fake reviews because the customer service is so great it doesn t even existEdit 12 5 - After reporting this somebody finally replied and i provided them details and since then its again ghost town and nobody responding Edit 12 11 - So Painful to work with these people without any Customer Support After i posted a bad review somebody responded and now again nobody has responded for 5 days

I am having several issues with the functions on coinstats and have sent several chat messages along with emails over several days and apparently no one has the time to return any of my messages It won t update my accounts for coinbase the ledger descriptions are gone and it s putting the wrong crypto price in place of another one I give customer service a zero stars

Very poor They ve charged me twice for my annual subscription c 3 weeks ago Despite my numerous e-mails requesting a refund Coinstats haven t provided any meaningful update Update 02 01 2024 I cannot appear to respond to your reply so am editing my original review I ve already exchanged numerous e-mails with the e-mail address you ve provided with no meaningful update Beyond continuously e-mailing the same e-mail address how exactly is your proposed solution different

I m on the premium plan facing platform issues and seeking help I contacted support got one late response then ignored Frustrating to see my funds mishandled when Assurity Secure offers better service
