i was very excited when i purchased the product since all the influencer advertised for it shame on them they probably never used this product Bottom line worst paid product i have ever purchased nothing is synchronizing properly coins missing from wallets latest running gag i have RBX RabbitX on Mexc Coinstats shows me the RBX ReserveBlock Token in my portfolio if you cant even synchronize the right Token from an exchange plz go back to the drawingboard and produce a proper and working product koinly s free version is 10 x better will go back to this one again

I was approached by Coinstats they said i had to deposit money into my eallet account to activate my account When I linked my coinstats to another wallwr to transfer my funds the wallet address provided does nir exist but all my details is present on the coinstats platform Please explain I do not have to deposir morw money to release my existing funds His name is George

The support is terrible or non-existent Any support requests are ignored while users are being gaslighted into believing they will get the answer tomorrow Beware of this platform because if you ever face any issue regarding basic functionalities you won t even get to talk to a human not to mention getting actual help Also the reward point system sparks seems to be a scam - you won t be able to claim your reward or some day all of your points will just disappear without explanation as in my case It s hardly believable how one can screw such a good idea for an app with such a lack of caring for resolving users issues

Amazing interface very cool to use I love it

I m Pro user and very disappointed First look at the Pro plan made me planning to pay for it - just 3 5 But it s just 1000 transactions and they will run out very soon because 1 They double transactions for every order fulfilled - for both currencies e g BTC and USDT unlike Number one app - Delta app2 Everyday interest from Earnings creates another transaction so 365 transactions for each coin 3 They don t give the tools either remove or filter out receiving of unnecessary transactions from the Exchanges I m not very active user but if I want to use their service I have to pay for Premium Order Fill Notifications - If you have open orders in the exchange you can be instantly notified when your orders are filled - It doesn t work or how can it help if Auto-synced exchanges and wallets automatically refresh once in 24 hours It doesn t show the balance of Staked coins Forget about correct P L data you won t see this important value even roughly Delta app calculates P L value for every transaction from the date it was made Coinstat calculates it from the date received by the app Now I don t even get transaction data by manual sync It s really raw and unreliable service

They could do better They know what to do It s just not there yet for me

I use coin stats everyday to monitor my transactions It s really flexible

Bad functionality bad timing Tryed a test version and cancelled subscription somehow they charged me TWICE Thanx a lot

The fact that I have submitted 3 messages and all it says is that there is a daly so it can take four hours to recieve a reply it has now been over a week There is no reply how can this type of company that does not comunicate assist in financial services

The concept is great but unfortunately not all wallets can be connected which makes it more confusing to follow your portfolio Customer service is absolutely horrible since the first moment it has been a mess Has some nice features but for sure i DO NOT recommend this APP
