Colruyt repeatedly have denied me the option to pay with my card although I have done so multiple times There are times where the employees simply will not allow me while other times having no problem with my Visa Mastercards Terrible policy

Colruyt Mechelen had zero vegan options in the cheese section when they have soooo much milk cheese Makes no sense every other store has it In general your vegan options are laughable

Clueless online service

In addition to providing an inefficient and dated shopping experience in their super markets Colruyt are CLUELESS when it comes to online shopping I tried for two weeks to place a large in excess of EUR3000 order I lost Ma liste twice struggled to set up a payment option in Xtra found out too late that they don t deliver and you have to fetch it then discovered that they arbitrarily limit the volume numbers and weights of what you can order online Altogether a terrible experience will never shop with them again in person or online And for heaven s sakes just take debit cards like everybody else in this business and not just outdated Bancontact
