Worst hotel experience I ve ever had

The hotel itself isn t great at all The pictures are deceptive It s outdated no one came to clean our rooms even though we removed the do not disturb sign and we had no more clean towels the breakfast was disgusting the hot tub by the pool wasn t hot the queen beds are actually standard size the balcony is so small you feel like you re going to fall off you can t walk to anything because there s no sidewalk or crosswalk on the busy road and the hotel never picks up the damn phone Akeisa is rude and unapologetic even though she ruined our stay They need to let go of her before she runs off other customers I know I never want to use comfort suites again after this experience We used my mom s points to book a hotel but my dad has cancer and he was sick so there s no way they can do a lot of traveling right now Some psycho at the front desk Akeisa called us the morning of our reservation to tell us we couldn t check in using my mother s reward points even though we had already confirmed it with choice hotels She said it was against the law but she s so ignorant that she didn t know it s only illegal for individuals under 21 to check in on behalf of someone else She told me I couldn t check in before we even had a chance to get to the hotel so she didn t know how old I was My mom lost her points and we lost 350 when we were basically bullied into booking a room for myself and my fiance We would have been left without a room so we didn t know what else to do or what other hotel still had a room available If you ve ever tried to book last minute in a place like Gaithersburg TN you know how expensive it gets I ve never hated a hotel staff member before but I think I strongly dislike Akeisa and her serious attitude know-it-all know-nothing problem

This is In reference to the comfort suites on golden isle parkway in brunswick ga Not all comfort suites Staff is extremely unprofessional AND RUDE ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER when issues brought up with respect to one lady No hot breakfast just juice coffee and muffins or cereal The shower parts are detached ceiling has mold around fire head sprinklers tub ETC Gym closed Pool closed Room smells clammy this was a terrible choice for a stay We got a week there Going to purchase another week but at another hotel

Don t think instant oatmeal qualifies as a hot breakfast buffet

stayed sept 2021 at comfort suite wilmington advertised hot breakfast buffet actual cheap muffins cookies granola bars instant oatmeal coffee watered down orange juice also you have to sign a clause saying you may be charged 250 if you cause damage at checkout I asked them to check room then clear me attendant refused said she couldn t leave station she could have a maid or looked at the video I had just made with a time stamp Also room had a bad odor

Comfort Suites in Salem VAAfter riding 2 hours with 2 children under the age of 2 I arrived and was told they couldn t give me a room because I was considered to be a local because I lived within 60 miles After telling her I was there for my mom s cancer treatments at the Salem Veteran s Administration she s a retired Marine she said she didn t care So I went outside and got my 2 kids who were restless and it was starting to rain and brought them in so I could call her and try to find somewhere else to go she yelled at my husband and said we had to leave and she was calling the police I asked about my refund and she said I would have to contact the third party administrator After going 5 miles down the road and getting another room I Googled my address and seen I live 83 miles from there I just stayed there in June for the same thing but didn t have kids and didn t disclose my veteran mother Now sure if it was because we have kids or she is a military veteran they discriminate against My husband and I both work and really depend on every penny we get 560 is a lot to loose Especially when they could have called me before I came since it was booked on August 6th for the night of the 18th I have seen other reviews now where they still haven t refunded other people We are not wealthy and our kids depend on us

Comfort Suites in PHX by Metro center independently owned staff owner are racist and criminals My husband and I made reservations with this hotel to arrive hours later to be informed my card wasn t reading and their system was down I paid for the room with the same card through Vio com and we would not be able too check in It s raining and we re standing Outside waiting for a Lyft trying to find other lodging too be told to remove ourselves and our belongings off their property No kind of compassion consecration or anything The crazy part they basically told me I was ass out the money I paid on line because of the storm Im sueing Comfort Suites and Vio independently owned doesn t mean you treat people any kind of way and take their money Highlights of the night found another hotel and my card scan fine no problem at all and the storm was still going on

DONT STAY DIRTY ROOMS

I made a reservation through Expedia I purchased travel insurance on the room I ended up getting sick I called Expedia started a claim and then called the hotel The front desk clerk at the hotel said he could not refund me I told him while I was sick I happened to look at the reviews I told him that I d like a clean room as the reviews were terrible I told him if I was feeling better I would be there tomorrow I had been dealing with newly discovered elder abuse of my Mom and starting a new job so my bad I didnt take the time to review The front desk clerk said the rooms are clean and they have a lot of guests I did end up feeling better and made it to the hotel the next day The front desk told me they marked me as a no show I told the young man I had a documented call and informed him of what our conversation was about I had been sick could not make it could I get a refund and if I m better I ll be there tomorrow After about 15 minutes of searching the personel found my reservation I was then told had to pay 150 deposit I went to room and found pubic hairs on the floor in the bathroom a dead bug on the floor stool smears and stains on the wall you could tell it had not been appropriately cleaned Next room hair stool splatter on toilet dirty floor I went back out to Lobby called Expedia informed front desk I could not pay over 200 for dirty bathrooms The guy at front desk was very kind but said he did not have the authority to refund me I still have not received my 150 returnable fee I have pictures of the filth which I showed the front desk DONT STAY THERE

There s better options

This is for The Sleep Inn in BALTIMORE comfort inn and suites runs this trash heap Besides the crappy location skid row of Baltimore you seem to get the same clientele in hotel Check in ok Guy had broken English and just kept telling me to sign initial sign Entered room to a weak dying AC unit that was blowing out warm air and Ofcourse it was 89 out Figured I will take shower and worry about it later Upon getting out I assumed there would be towels Nope One wash cloth and one hand towel No shampoos etc so it was quite evident housekeeping just came in to change sheets I hope bc no coffee items either I find her in hallway and asked please for at least one bath towel I get no habla ingl s i asked again in perfect Spanish and she walked away Oh and by the way they take 150 out for incidentals Day 5 and still NO RETURN of funds Please do yourself a favor and find another place This IS A 2 star hotel at its best There s even internal people giving obviously false reviews on their own site to bump up their measly 2 2 rating

Worst Comfort Suites ever

The room had mold on the corner of the ceiling there were dead bugs in the corners of the hallways which were not vacummed in the three days we stayed The toilet seat was so loose I fell off of it both garbage cans at the main entrance were overflowing with trash the chair at the desk in the room dropped down to the lowest setting every time you sat in it Three out of four ice machines were out of order and the advertised heated pool was not heated and had a closed sign on it Do not book at this location you will regret it I have stayed at hundereds of Comfort Inns and have never see a more missmanaged facility

Comfort Inn Suites Canada avenue orlando FloridaDirty and disgusting no room clean only bathroom pool just parts and green algi round base Dryer not working in laundry jaccuzi broken and taped off kept saying part coming tomorrow sausages looked like stepped out of toilet and scrambled egg same everydayHandle fell off door Drawers never closed kept swinging open Homeless coming in taking breakfast and asking guests if they could use their rooms for showers looking through windows and knocking on doors in the night Man pushing a woman about and hitting her in carport reported to desk and they just watched most of staff were rude could rant on even more We left and booked in over road at daskk suites for last 4 nights as couldn t stand it any longer Dassk suites was like walking from 1 star to 5 plus stars but cost me over 1000 extra but worth every penny could finally relax and enjoy what was left of our ruined holiday
