Ironically sale was not completed ASAP
Complete ASAP were engaged by the agents in our sale and also to deal with the sale of the property below ours in the chain Sarah who we mainly dealt with was polite and helpful She responded quickly when contacted Unfortunately the answers to questions or updates we were given often didn t help us For example there was a two week period where we were trying to push the sale along and each time we contacted ASAP we were told the enquiry responses are with the solicitors for review Because we personally knew our buyers we were aware responses had been sent three weeks prior and should have been dealt with This may well have been a fault with the solicitor simply not reviewing them but ASAP were prepared to accept repeatedly being told the same thing I was left with the feeling that ASAP have too many cases to handle to have inside knowledge of them all and ironically didn t really appear incentivised to complete a sale ASAP as long as it was eventually completed Ultimately I am quite disappointed with our agents for appointing them rather than completing the progression themselves as it felt as if they simply washed their hands of us as soon as we had a complete chain in place
