Thoroughly recommended to sell your house From the initial contact right through to completion the service was excellent After wasting 6 months with another firm we changed to this estate agency Initial appointment admin quality photos video the house was on the market in no time Within days we had 3 viewers a buyer We were supported throughout by our personal estate agent Alex also a sales progressor Darcie Both were very efficient knowledgeable always available to give advice keep the process moving along Progress can be checked 24hrs via the agency portal which is always up to date easy to use

I would highly recommend ASAP they have been amazing throughout the purchase our new home Matthew kept us up to date with everything and without his support the sale and purchase chain would have fallen apart Matthew was a pleasure to deal with and we would have no hesitation in highly recommending 6 stars would be given if possible

Emma was acting for our sellers estate agents and was absolutely fantastic I think without her support the progress would have been so slow and doubtless it would have progressed at all She was always responsive to her emails gave support and guidance when needed and even on her annual leave the support was still fantastic Thank you again

Absolutely amazing service very calm and understanding I would highly recommend serah borrow was very polite and notified everything to us that we needed to know very friendly and positive attitude can t thank Serah enough aswell as our solicitors With us been first time buyers I found things quite confusing but they explained everything really well and helped us when we didn t understand some parts of the process They also got things done very quickly and was very understanding Would 100 recommend
