Absolutely Diabolical Currently using CBC on a number of projects and been trying to arrange various inspections since the beginning of September following inspectors not turning up for inspections they are not answering phone calls or responding to any emails totally disgraceful way to treat loyal customers just taken our money and disappeared

absolutely terrible no certificate they dont answer the phone or emails phone calls just go to a full mail box been trying now for weeks AVOID AVOID AVOID

Company has no proper procedures Issued all final certificates even after the surveyour admitted later that the pipework for my property was never checked and was never to standards Called up the office for them to say they will contact back its been 3 month and still no word Stay clear they cannot do the basics We have to get pipework re done as the council are not happy Really poor
