An Excellent Personal Service

I have been working with Daniel Gay from Complete Building Control for over ten years I have never received a service that can match theirs I would highly recommend especially Daniel I am currently using Complete Building Control on my own extension

We have worked with Complete Building Control since January for our recent kitchen extension in Upper Welland and are very happy with the support we received and professional advice offered They readily took over the paperwork and local applications their visits were regular and reliable with constant communications and feedback throughout the advice and polite insistence of their Surveyor to our contractors was much appreciated The Final Certificate was received within two weeks of completion The cost was more than reasonable for the level of professionalism received I expect to be utlising their services again in the future with some roof alterations Thank you - Dr Laurence Brown

Very professional and knowledgeable

Very professional called before coming on site Explained what was being checked and what the builder had been asked to do for the loft conversion The inspector was knowledgeable and polite not sure why some of the other reviews are not good I have had no issues

Working with Complete Building Control was an excellent experience from scheduling payment and the inspection s Our inspector Michael was knowledgeable critical and extremely helpful to my builders guiding them when things were not as they should be not only by stating the work was incorrectly done but with a solution to rectify It s been a pleasure working with the company and I m looking forward to working with this company with my future projects as they are not the typical building company that are constantly late on inspections pushing jobs behind schedule They always answer the phone and respond to emails the same day in and out of office hours what more do you want nothing more to say 5 review earned

Excellent service provided by complete

Excellent service provided by complete building control Bhinder in particular he was very proactive giving support and advice through out the build He was always on time to allow the program of work to continue without any delays We found CBC to be excellent with inquire quote legal documentation and site supervision We would highly recommend as the building control provider on your projects

Used for the building of my single storey side extension and had no issues they checked everything and even bought areas to the attention of the builder that need to be rectified very good service and they were always happy to provide advice on any building related questions that I raised

We have recieved a excellant service provided by our Building Central Body The legal paperwork was given on time and the inspector has made several visits during each stage of the process The inspector has given us helpful advice and guidance all the way through We highly recommend the company to those carrying out any building work

Great firm to work with staffed with proficient and friendly personnel Most surveyors respond to queries very quickly Inspection requests booked in for next day or two

I design extensions and loft conversions and use Complete Building Control for most of my projects I have been very pleased with them They are efficient and communicate well We have had varied inspectors on jobs but they all seem very competent and helpful
