FIRST Parking LLP had been harassing me with a parking ticket issued in agreement with Royal Holloway University of London landlord from 4 years ago Royal Holloway and First Parking Ltd had no shame and bullied alumni with these scam tickets and initially instructed loan collection sharks to beg money for years They then dared to threaten me with court action I did the right thing to hire Contestor Legal Services who took all the stress off lead all the comms and were able to advise each step of the way On seeing documented response from Contestor Legal to their fake claim they withdrew the court claim to avoid getting slapped in the face with a court fine Thank you Contestor Legal keep up the good work guys

Jackson represented my case and managed to get it dismissed A great deal of patience and perseverance is required as the process is very long and draining My personal input was required when it came to checking documents picking up mistakes and having these corrected If you have the option to pay and settle you should think about that as it will save you the headache Overall Jackson is very professional he knows the legal system very well and you can get hold of him very easily Highly recommended

I contacted Contestor Legal Services to appeal a Parking Charge Notice from a private parking company after the first appeal was rejected It s possibly something I could have done myself but with CLS dealing with this sort of thing all the time they d know the best wording to use to achieve a positive outcome And a positive outcome is what I got - the PCN was cancelled
