Was recommended this company however only received my claim form with a day remaining to respond Tried calling and emailing Contestor Legal Service multiple times for assistance but the person over email didn t respond in time and the person over the phone was unable to answer any of my questions

Lost the appeal I only found out when I emailed them It s more money if you want them to take it further I hadn t realised I d only paid them for one service I thought I d paid them to get the ticket cancelled if it couldn t be cancelled why take my money I ll leave you to answer that question yourself Just pay the ticket at the discount its cheaper

A review of two halves unfortunately as I don t believe this is a regular issue communication with my allocated case handler was very poor not being listened to not informed or updated regarding processes it was incredibly stressful I was about to give up and settle when I rang the office and Charlotte and Aleksandra had the case dropped within days If I had dealt with them from the beginning this would have absolutely been 5 stars

My experience with Contestor was a bit hit and miss to begin with there were some challenges with communication at the front end but I think this was down to my case handler leaving the business part way through The latter half of my experience including the representation in court Kaveena was fantastic I would definitely recommend using this service Thank you to Kaveena and team very happy with the result

Contestor were recommended to me by a contact on a Facebook group set up to challenge parking tickets I would not hesitate in recommending them The service provided represented good value for money and instructions were easy to follow As a person not used to dealing with solicitors and being threatened with Court I think I would have felt much more intimidated had I not chosen to use Contestor My case was withdrawn just as my advisor told me it would be
