Beat my wrongful parking ticket claim

Contestor have been great with me throughout defending myself against a parking charge They make it very simple for you they send you completed documents to sign digitally - you really have very little to do once they re involved Only reason it s not 5 stars is communication was a little bit poor at a couple of points However I would absolutely use them again and I would recommend them wholeheartedly

Reassuring and competent

I found both Charlotte and Jackson very reassuring and confident Jackson dealt with my unfair parking fine through the tribunal on the phone and I didn t even have to take part The charge was thrown out in a couple of minutes Minor problems with some communications which is why I have not rated as 5 star but having said that I am sure Jackson is incredibly busy with court cases They know their stuff and I wouldn t hesitate to use again

Parking Ticket

This company was fantastic kept me informed of the court proceedings Won my case Very professional and highly recommended Jackson was brilliant took care of all the paperwork DCBL or can t pay we take it away wouldn t accept my doctor s diagnose letter for my mental health wanted an updated letter I spoke with my GP who told me the date didn t matter as my diagnosis wouldn t change DCBL wasn t interested Due to my anxiety I didn t attend court but Jackson won my case Highly recommended

100 Recommend Jackson and his team

Cannot recommend Jackson and his team enough I had been battling an insurance issue for months Going and back and forth with my previous car insurer about a claim they were trying to recover funds from me Jackson attend court and drafted letters The case was eventually dropped Honestly without Jackson I wouldn t have won Thanks again and I definitely use them again 100 recommended

A win against NCP

A win against NCP After my appeal was lost against NCP and passed onto a collection agency my son recommended I contact Contestor Legal Jackson Yamba took up my case and was absolutely spot on with all the points he raised in County Court resulting in a win for me a I suspect a fairly costly loss for NCP Unfortunately the Judge did not allow my claim for costs except a half day loss of earnings But even so I was still less out of pocket than I would have been if facing paying the BW Legal claim Thank you so much Contestor Legal

A win

After a year of appealing to parking eye and POPLA by myself and being rejected i heard of Jackson through a facebook group I contacted the team as i was receiving lots of DCBL letters and later received a court letter I emailed Jackson as i was very worried and as a medical student i could not afford to pay and also sort this out whilst studying He calmed me down reassured me and told me to not to worry I received an email yesterday from Jackson with the claimant dropping all claims Brilliant team Brilliant service Thank you Contestor legal Thank you Jackson

DCBL Claims hearing Success

Had my small claims hearing a few days ago DCBL parking eye were trying to claim close to 800 for 2 PCN S Jackson Yamba from Contestor Legal was brilliant in his defence He pulled apart their claims on every little detail and really showed his legal knowledge The small cost of using Contestor Legal was definitely worth it Highly recommend them and Jackson
