Purchased the wrong pack online the site isn t really clear so I called to clarify what I needed for my cession- they said not to worry and I am able to switch but I just need email to change it it s cheaper the service I actually need and they wouldn t do it over the phone Emailed 3 times with no response Wondering if I need to contact my credit card company to signal fraud to reclaim my money back because I am not able to carry out my procedure as is I thought the reviews were kind of okay so that s why I selected this company but it looks like all these online things are kind of a scam
