Unhelpful Support with no resolution to the issue
UPDATED TO ADD Coodeals have finally sent me a replacement canvas I am really happy with the quality of the replacement just sad that it took so long to resolve this issue I purchased a diamond painting from Cooddeals in March 2022 I am having difficulty reading the fonts printed on the canvas and when I contacted their support they have not offered any solution to the problem They stated that their canvases are printed to international standard but I disagree as I have worked on many similar paintings and have never had any issues with them I am still trying to get a resolution with them but I am not getting anywhere with them Not a happy customer

Disappointed with custom order
1 They sent a bag of drills with 2 different colors and when I reported the issue they wanted me to send a photo of the canvas and the mixed bag of drills which I already separated out 2 I ran out of one of the colors before I finished the canvas It was a custom order
