Never thought I would have to do this

Never thought I would have to do this I ve used face for years and years and recommended face to everyone I know I ve sent sooo many friends and family to them but the last few times I ve been I ve not been that happy - most recent time was for an eyebrow wax and tint and due to lockdown I was so looking forward to it but had to go home and pluck them they were a mess and didnt match barely waxed at all and then it cost loads more than it did last time inexplicably Such a shame I used to love face and all the staff were brilliant Steph was always amazing But like I say last few times have been very disappointing

Not worth the considerable financial cost

I have been equally dismayed with the results of my Cellfina procedure and the poor follow up after raising concerns I understand that the results may not be 100 but in reality the results were extremely poor considering the money I paid After raising my concerns 7 months ago I am still waiting for a resolution I have made several phone calls to try and reach an outcome but still no-one comes back to me Stay away

Lack of cultural competence skills among staff To be told to leave if not they will call the police just shows how biased staff members are Emma very unprofessional when working with me she knew I was desperate to get my laser treatment done as I had initially told her I drove 40-plus minutes to get my treatment Once I got in she kept telling me to cancel it and book for next time as they had not booked me in for all my laser treatments She was not polite or showed any concerns or empathy when I expressed how painful the treatment was and that it felt different from what I was used to Emma did not give me any reassurance that it was safe to continue Instead She was too quick to tell me she wouldn t treat me anymore after I expressed my concern She smirked when I asked for someone else to do the treatment since she was unpleasant For her it was all about power and control She said I needed to leave and no one else would treat me Fed lies to the receptionist who also walked in asks me to go and immediately threatens to call the cops There is more to the story I do not have the time to pin it all down as I will not let this staff member bring me down All I hope is that they don t treat other women of colour this way

What a waste of time paid 150 for a 30min consultation only to get turned away plus waited five months for the appointment Seems like they can t treat you if you ve had a few complications in the past although the doctor is supposed to be a Maxillofacial specialist and one of the best in the field Never going back again

Have been coming here for years for Botox The delightful lady who treated me has left sadly The new girl who I have to say was equally delightful and polite The experience not so I came out badly bruised And needle marks Bloody face and had to ask the assistant for a tissue No aftercare Never experienced any of these problems in previous appointments Felt let down and upset to the point of finding somewhere else to have my treatments Such a shame as I love this place

Nice salon but the nail treatments are not great Went for a flash gel manicure The nail technician did not apply a third coat so you could see through the polish in some areas She also left the sides of some nails undone The gel has started peeling after 4 days Not impressed Was a waste of money

The lady who did my wax was lovely but the wax wasn t great It s not straight and very little was taken off for the nearly 20 I paid I did request she didn t do the back but have had to shave as when I got home and looked in the mirror there wasn t a lot off
