I was supposed to receive a telephone call on Tuesday 29th April 2021 but nothing happened

I turned up for a follow up appointment after using the prescribed Obagi face treatments for the first 2 weeks I then had to remind the consultant therapist why I was there surely if she had taken the time to look at my notes these must come up against my name on the iPad she carry s around she never looked at my skin she asked what I d been doing So I proceeded to tell her the skin care routine I had follow as per her instructions a mere 2 weeks previously and she just said good I ll see you in 4 weeks It had taken me just over an hours travelling time plus extortionate parking costs for 6 minutes of this lady s time If I had known I was not going to be examined I would have requested a FaceTime appointment I was so disappointed and to top it all I cannot see a change in my skin Let s hope by my next appointment it will have some improvement

All very rushed and quite frankly rude I was asked to attend a video consultation but was then told that my Android phone wasn t suitable I asked to reschedule but the only off Nick Rhodes surgeon had was Sunday and he didn t do consultations which I totally understand but I also work six days and thought there may have been someone else to do the video call I realised it was going to be impossible so messaged back to say I will have to cancel my surgery in January and although the message was read on wattsapp I had no response absolutely nothing I just think it s rude that nobody got back to me But now that Nick has merged to create a larger company it s all about numbers and no personal care in my opinion

I left the clinic feeling very upset with the results of my treatment and emailed to let them know of my concerns After one reply offering the same treatment free of charge which I declined I have yet to hear back from the clinic manager for an appropriate resolution to my complaint It has been over three weeks with no reply

Had my extension lushes done on Thursday in readiness for my wedding on Saturday Half of them was gone on Friday and on Saturday i had to go and buy fake lashes Followed all advice and spent a little fortune Dont get me wrong i have been going there for many years for other treatments and thats the 1st time it went so wrong and if it wasn t for my wedding I wouldn t care that much but i spent money on it too

I wasn t send the appointment confirmation neither the fist time for the phone appointment and I was waiting never happened one day later I got the call I had not confirmation text and no information at all I wasn t sure when was my appointment and where to go When I booked I was told I will get my confirmation

Was absolutely shocking experiences was basically ask to go for a sexuall health check in hospital a couple hours after my treatment I was ask questions that I was uncomfortable to answer which I did in panic and shouldn t of even been ask it was shocking and unprofessional I will be taking advice I have had no follow up call from the doctor how did my treatment to apologise

Avoid this Clinic and especially Mr Rhodes like the plague I had a upper face lift procedure and 2-3 weeks after the surgery I looked exactly the same in fact worse one side of my face was different to the other deep lines and wrinkles still showing I contacted the clinic about my results I made a appointment to see Mr Rhodes and my surgeon Mr Rhodes at this appointment told me and I quote his own words there is hardly any noticeable physical appearance difference after a face lift operation Basically your facial appearance doesn t change No I am not joking you may think The thoughts what s the point of the operation the money the horrific ordeal of having your face peeled off while awake so on so on Mr Rhodes continued to inform me that every patient needs lots of facial fillers after a face lift procedure Why the hell would anyone want to have this operation if there is no physical appearance change It beggars belief There is too much to write in this article but long story short I was mocked humiliated and laughed at for suggesting that the surgeon and surgery was not a success I had a second opinion from a doctor at the Nuffield who obviously confirmed that my face should be completely different after a face lift operation and my deep lines and wrinkles should not still be there The whole experience of dealing with the arrogance of Mr Rhodes is something I have never encountered before I didn t even want to go through a complaint process or anything I just wanted a reasonable outcome from my very expensive surgery A Shameful horror Let me say I am not a person who shy away from discomfort but having my face peeled off for the second time and getting cut open on the same spot of my first operation while it was still healing and awake throughout is something i will never forget Grimm We are going through the legal process and he is still refusing to accept liability like it didn t happen On a final note The Coppergate clinic are refusing to accept any responsibility saying The Dr who carried out my operation is sub contracted and it s nothing to do with the CopperGate clinic HHHmm I was contacted by the clinic originally about having this operation I paid the clinic had the surgery at the clinic and had my pre and post op review at the clinic At no point did anyone or any correspondence get sent to me saying that the CopperGate clinic have no responsibility and nothing to do with my operation Yes it does beggar beliefPlease call the Nuffield or Spire Hospital at least if your surgery isn t a success you may get treated with some form of respect and decency I Would like to add that I left a good review after my surgery while I was in the healing recovery phase The time came when my face swelling had reduced muscle relaxed it became apparent the surgery wasn t a success The clinic received my emails confirming all this The comments made in the clinic response is hilarious How on earth would Mr Rhodes wife know what was discussed during my meeting the only people in the room and meeting was myself the Surgeon who carried out my operation and Mr Rhodes As for enquiring about other procedures this is before the clinic complete refusal to accept any responsibility or even reply to my email I will happily upload all my correspondence emails sent to the clinic and surgeons about my concerns I can t due to data protection but I will immediately if the clinic give me authorityI could go a step further maybe and upload before after photos emails all correspondence onto my Instagram account and see what my 1million followers opinions are of the whole horrible ordeal If the clinic is totally innocent of any wrongdoing surly they won t have any problem with me doing all this All this can be answered very quickly Why did I have to have my face lift operation carried again if it was such a success the first time Obviously it was a disaster the first time End of discussion Mrs Rhodes I have received a email from the clinic informing me the Dr who carried out my surgery is sub contracted and I will have to make legal proceedings against the Dr My solicitor has informed the Dr solicitors of this situation Like I keep saying How can you possibly know what your husband Mr Rhodes said to me you wasn t in the room or meeting Furthermore I have sent the clinic numerous emails of my treatment and experience at the time of all this You wrote on a public review platform the clinic has not received any information or correspondence regarding this matter from myself or my solicitors My solicitor wrote to you 17-8-2022 received a response on 19-8-2022 saying it s not the clinics responsibility contact Dr who did the surgery Jon

I can say now after my lip lift with nick Rhodes not happy at all I look worse

AVOID COPPERGATE CLINIC ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT OR CARE FROM HAVING A PROCEDURE HERE DURING THE PROCEDURE I HAD A HORRIFIC TRAUMA OF FEELING EVERYTHING DESPITE BEING REPORTED IT AS BEING ONLY UNCOMFORTABLE THE SURGEON CHRIS WEST TOPPED UP THE LA A FEW TIMES DURING THIS HORRIFIC EVENT THIS IS MISLEADING AND PLAYED DOWN ALSO I HAVE HAD ORLA TELLING ME I WAS OFFERED A GAITS NOT AVAILABLE FOR A VR IF YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOUR BRAIN IS BEING DRILLEDYOUR BURNING MUSCLE IN YOUR NOSTRILS AND NEEDLES RAMMED IN TO YOUR DEEP FACIAL MUSCLESGO AHEADEVEN THE RESULT IS NOT MUCH DIFFERENT I NOW HAVE PTSDFLASHBACKS DEPRESSION ANXIETY ORLA REFUSED MY REQUEST OF MY FEES BEING RETURNED MY LEFT SIDE OF FACE BLED FOR THREE DAYS APPARENTLY ORLA SAYS ITS NORMALNO CARE OR COMPASSION FROM CHRIS WEST NO APOLOGY I SCREAMED OUT IN PAIN AND ONLY FOR ALISON MY NURSE WOULD HAVE LEFT BEFORE END OF THE HORROR MOVIEMY LIFE IS RUINED AND AS FOR THE REPLY BELOW ITS A PACK OF LIES MY TRANSCRIPTS WILL VERIFY ALL OF IT AND I WAS BLEEDING FOR THREE DAYS ON MY LEFT EAR I CAN FORWARD EVIDENCE AND PICS TO ANY MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC IF YOU WISH I JUST DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH SUCH A TRAUMA AS FOR THE 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY HAVNT EXPERIENCED MY ORDEAL WHY WOULD SOMEONE SAY ANY OF THIS IF HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING IT SHOULD BE THE LEAST ORLA SHOULD DO TO REFUND MY FEES BUT ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY NOT THE PERSON THINK ABOUT THIS PLEASE ANYONE READING IT THANKYOU FOR READING
