Ignorant expensive yet poor quality item poor service

It is such as shame to have to write this negative review as when on holiday in Bridlington we had an ace experience buying a mug from their shop in personUnfortunately the experience online couldnt have really been worse I placed an order for a 35 minature Nightmare-before-Christmas lamp to go straight to my friend for their Birthday After close to a week had passed the item still hadnt turned up I sent an email asking for clarification on what was happening and even now no one has bothered to respond The item did fortunately eventually turn up but the supplied USB cable was shot straight out of the box we have had to source a new one This is for what is essentially a 35 little night light They have another 1star review on google with a similar story such a shame To the company If you want to have an online presence you have to prioritise your customers Talk to them reassure them If I d have heard so much as a We re sorry the item hasn t arrived yet Mr customer please allow X amount of time and if it hasnt arrived we will issue a replacement refund this review would be entirely different If you dont care about your customers they wont come back and you ll get no positive word of mouth to draw future customers in

If I could give 0 I would I ordered no contact at all just a refunded email NO REFUND I MAY ADD I emailed to get no response emailed a second time still no response I will be contacting the fraud team if this is not resolved very quickly Absolute joke of a company Refund states done through PayPal funny that seems I don t have PayPal

This quirky high street emporium of the unusual and cool is a breath of fresh air for us shoppers The gifts are high quality and legitimate brands the lady at the counter Eileen was knowledgeable and so polite she even told us the best places to eat in Bridlington Definitely for customers first in this oasis on the high street

I was worried this site was shady - it had a Xmas offer code still on the banner weeks after Xmas and had different names Cosmic Gifts Atomic Giftware Apart from my ceramic coaster delivery being lobbed over the side gate thankfully well packaged though everything was good
