Unavailable to track my purchase due to no tracking number and no response from website

I did not receive a tracking number with either of the emails sent to me by cosmonova org after my purchase It sent to expect my package from 3-8 business days It has been 8 days and still nothing I ve tried to online chat cosmonova once and email them twice for their assistance with tracking the status of my purchase and still have NOT received a response from them But yet they have had time to send me 3 emails asking for me to rate them On another note they cut off my sentence before it was complete so now I have an incomplete sentence permanently printed on my certificates That is if I ever receive them One last concern The first time I visited the website they were offering a promo code that definitely lowered the price and what enticed me to go with registering a star through cosmonova But when I visited the website a week later to make my purchase no prono code was offered All I would like to know is when will my purchase arrive I was willing to let the price and misprint go but right now I am very NOT SATISFIED Thank you

Unhappy stargazer broken merchandise

One of my two frames that I ordered came cracked The glass frames were shipped in the unpadded Tyvek envelope I say one of two because I put in a double order accidentally and I tried to cancel Immediately after I placed the order but nobody ever responded to my request for cancellation The reason I provide two stars is because the one thing that I did receive in good condition looks very nice

Well i still haven t received it your email says its at the post office and the post office cant seem to find it yes i can download it but thats not what i was expecting this was for a 8 year old little girl who s dad died on 7 10 and now its almost six weeks later she looks at the strs every night for him this is and was important live and learn

I received the wrong certificate and star map in the mail and have not received a response to my email addressing this For the amount of money spent I find this absolutely ridiculous
