Nice speed for the e-delivery but better if this is a plastic certificate
My order wasn t correct
I ordered a star in lieu of flowers for a memorial Ordering was simple the option to obtain the Cert the same day was nice Affordable The down side was personalizing the cert It was very hard to determine the characters allowed for the format as there isn t a count or print preview therefore mine came out unjustified Also the map grid after I printed it was extremely light to the point where I could barely see the marked star so that was a little disappointing

Wasn t sure of this website at first but has good policies and package came delivered very cleanly and carefully nothing bent or wonky Shipping took several days longer than expected but did arrive within a week and a half Overall would purchase again

We are quite happy with the process The certificates had minor damage in the corner due to shipping When I called customer service they were very helpful We bought the star for our first Grandchild

Wrongs made right
I will say awhile back this company did not fulfill their obligations and expectations of my order I was contacted a few weeks ago though and customer service has been exceptional They made it right with me explained the change in staffing in certain areas and I did notice a difference I am so glad to have what I ordered now Big thanks to customer service for the help
