Bad quality bad service long delivery

Delivery time was way longer than stated in the website When I finally got the case leather look with initials customized the corners and initials wore off within two weeks Could see the initials at all after three weeks Corners where the buttons are broke as well Customer service said no refund bc it was customized even when I explained the product wasn t up to standard

Beware this is a scam Ordered 5 weeks ago and not only do they not answer to any emails they also delete the comments on their Instagram account I would avoid at all cost

For an instagram-based website I should have known better They promise to deliver within 6 working days that s absolute nonsense I ordered my personalized phone case on 1 April and today marks 5 May I send a polite email and all I got was lousy standard reply A typical case of I should ve checked TrustPilot

Uncontactable email

I ordered from them because I was told originally from the first store that I couldnt recieve a phone case because it was out of stock- so I came here instead only to find out tht the first store did ship it later but just late Tried to send an email requesting a refund since package hasnt shipped yet only to recieve a notift from google saying that their contact email didnt exist wasn t contactable

Feeling generous given that I can t give zero stars Just like everyone else wish I had read the reviews It is obviously a scam They will never respond your emails or DMs but if you comment negatively on their IG they immediately erase your comment so evidently someone is keeping up the charade Don t waste your 50

Chemical smell

I have finally received my iPhone 14 case after a long delivery time At first glance it looks neat But the chemical smell it gives off is horrible Even after 3 weeks the smell is unbearable Doesn t seem very healthy to me Definitely not recommended

Very disappointing quality and customer service

Terrible experience Was so excited to get my dreamy case only to find that it was damaged within 2 weeks just from day to day use I contacted the company and was asked to provide a photo - I was then told that it s a leather case and is therefore bound to get damaged and that I must have dropped it to cause the damage I hadn t I ve had leather cases before and so know to expect signs of wear and tear over time but certainly not after 2 weeks So disappointed especially given the price - it wasn t cheap I messaged them again and then got ignored Very disappointing quality and customer service I wish I d looked at these reviews before purchasing instead of being tricked by Instagram ads Avoid at all costs

One star is being too generous but there wasn t an option to give zero I ordered a phone case 11 27 23 as a Christmas gift It has been in customs since 12 28 23 I have sent numerous emails and submitted a request for help through their website I have yet to hear from them Will never order from them again Scam of a company
