It s been over a week since I ordered a
It s been over a week since I ordered a prescription and so far it has not arrived It took them 3-days to even process the prescription and so far it seems to be stuck in shipping The tracking number says that a delivery date will be sent when their shipping partner picks up the order I can t be waiting for 1 weeks to start my cats meds she has ringworm so I resorted to getting some OTC ringworm ointment So much for 3-5 day delivery

Anywhere but covetrus Through our vet we order auto ship medication for our dog One of the orders was never delivered First it was impossible to reach customer service It took several minutes to navigate through the robo phone tree to get to the point where it told me to use the web and hung up Through our vet we got a customer service number that worked but I was told they wouldn t send replacements despite a tracking number showing they were never delivered After pressing they offered a 30 discount on replacements Give me a break There are many other options for pet medications - find one of those instead

I used Covetrus for the first time not doing that again
I used Covetrus for the first time based on the recommendation of my vet office I have a prescription cat food I need for my 5 cats so big bags the vet office does not like to stock However despite ordering well ahead of time I have not received my order My cats are out of their prescription- so I went to my vets and expressed my dissatisfaction with Covetrus I have written complaints to Covetrus with no response to the urgent inquiry of WHEN I might expect my delivery WHEN matters as otherwise I must drive considerable distance to procure more Which was the whole point of me ordering through them to avoid the long drive and hunt among vet offices for someone who has some It is costing me money and time and that is unacceptable

I cannot get this company to respond I paid for medications over a month ago yet my order still has yet to be fulfilled even though they supposedly directly work with my vet horrible customer service and experience all around Won t be back and likely will have to dispute the payment at this point

If I could give zero stars I would My pet died
If I could give zero stars I would My bird ultimate died cause of them First they changed the concentration of my bird s anti-seizure meds and had minimum fill volume of 60mL This meant that I was spending over 100 for a prescription where 90 would have to be discarded due to expiration They knew this and wouldn t make an exception then took an additional week to fill after I ordered cause they needed to talk to me on the phone to make sure I knew to discard the overage after expiry Receive the prescription and in less than 30 days it starts to crystallize making it unusable Immediately contact them and after an investigation they send a new prescription During the time my bird was off her meds she had a seizure that broke her leg She died during post-injury care If she had her medicine she would not have had the seizure My baby had been with me for 23yrs and was not at the end of her life Besides the sporadic seizures she was healthy If she had her medicine this would not have happened To make it worse the replacement prescription also crystallize and I had to order from a different pharmacy Then today 3 days after my pet died I receive an aggressive email stating my prescription was overdue

My older cat is on a liquid antibiotic She takes 1 mm each day and when I received the refill they sent me these skinny syringes and there is no way they will work for her It s challenging enough to get her to take it and working with a regular syringe is easiest because the does can be given in one swift shot into her mouth I emailed asking them to mail me 2 regular syringes and was told that unfortunately that was what the pharmacy had sent and I could BUY some if I wanted to I KNOW THAT dummies You should send what is needed You charge enough for meds surely you can afford a stamp to send 2 syringes What losers

Poor customer service deceptive prices hidden med details
My vet prescribed Fluoxetine for my anxious cat and sent it through covetrus I got an email reminder to reorder so I did but got a reply from customer service it was too early to reorder So my cat had to detox No Bueno Then I tried to set up autoship but it said I had already signed up so I couldn t get the discount for signing up After an hour I got customer service to place the order with the discount When I tried to place the order myself the discount cs gave me magically disappeared Talked to my vet and they agreed that covetrus is terrible and they confirmed I could use any pet pharmacy I checked chewy and realized covetrus doesn t give details on the meds It was for a pen with the amount listed as clicks I contacted covetrus to find out how much is in it Chewy is 9ml for a comparative but still less price Cs doesn t have access to that information and had to put in a request to the pharmacist Still waiting on that reply What kind of pharmacy can t tell you how much medicine they re actually giving you Reply from pharmacist confirms they charge nearly double what chewy does Rating confirmed

This company is horrible
This company is horrible I really think no one truly works there No matter when you call you can never get through and talk to someone Instead they push you to use their online communication and email - I received a response two weeks after multiple attempts to speak with someone My vet uses them as their source for food supplies etc - I think the only way to impact them is to convince the veterinary providers to switch to another supplier This company does not value individual customers at all

I find this website impossible to use I cannot order my dog s meds due to his birthday being unacceptable I tried emailing I cannot send the email because I have no order number I tried calling No one there on a Saturday I work during the week I am calling Chewy or Petmeds

This company is trash simply unbelievable trash why are you even in business if you re planning on being a completely undependable online pharmacy Every month another excuses on why their not able to get your pets meds on time Lies on Lies I haven t seen anyone have anything good to say about them makes me wonder why a vet would use them when there are other online pharmacy that don t have these problems
