Not so Cozi Slides

Received Cozi Slides after quite a wait - wish I hadn t bothered They are made in China from cheap plastic and are very uncomfortable I therefore decided to return them They will only accept returns to Slovak Republic which is the only return address in Europe at your own expense They then offered a discount of 40 if I would keep them which I decided to do as I was afraid they might go missing on their way to Slovakia They are now in a charity bag Another scam another lesson learned

Steer clear

Ordered two pairs for me and my husband Took ages to come They seemed very poor quality and my size 5 s were huge Paid 11 for a return to the nearest address Slovakia parcel was returned to me over a month later with refused written on it I have emailed them but don t hold out much hope Although I noticed further down the comments that the same thing happened to someone else and they did eventually get a refund We ll see

Disgraceful service

Disgraceful service - DO NOT ORDER from these rogues Delivery promised in 10-14 days 11 days later my order has not even been actioned But full payment has been taken No signs of it even leaving the warehouse and they REFUSE to cancel my order and refund even tho i will no longer be in UK Daylight robbery I wouldn t even give 1 star I am very upset

I ordered from Cozi slides on 15 6 22 - exchanged emails with Fatima as not received my order I ve been told it s a shipping issue but I ve never had confirmation of shipping etc asked for moneyback but I have to wait until Order arrivesin order to send them back I doubt they ll ever arrive so I m being scammed I presume Just wish I d read these reviews first before placing order 43 per cent bad reviews says it all

I regret my purchase of Cozislides

We ordered Cozislides They took so long to arrive we didn t think they were coming Once we received them we realized the shoes were definitely not as advertised The pair I received is defective the shoe for my left foot is wonky and uneven A very short stint wearing them caused a painful blister The shoes are very uncomfortable They run small They are not wearable I consider them a total waste of my money I regret the purchase I guess it s needless to say I won t be ordering from this company again

Still waiting for refund TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchased in June Poor quality do not fit too wide i emailed a few times eventually got instructions for return a t my own expense which I did am still waiting for refund 29 99 Rip off keep emailing no answer I will have to claim through Barclaycard As everyone is saying DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS

As many before me have written PLEASE DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY The website promises fast shipping and delivery in 10-14 days which frankly is ridiculous in these modern times However you have zero chance of receiving them in 14 days It s time for a class action suit for false advertising

Company is a fraudulent scam I was sent fake tracking number contacted that my order was delivered to USPS Never received order 49 98 charged PayPal Post office said that tracking number was nothing and they did not receive package or hold package for my address no record Filed dispute with customer service received automated message but days later no follow up Filed dispute with PayPal over phone but the way the receipt is structured only received half of my payment to resolve PayPal issued the remaining balance AVOID THIS COMPANY IT IS A SERIOUS SCAM

Please be aware of this company I ordered 2 pairs of these shoes never received them I requested a refund for my 49 98 I was sent 24 99 in October I sent it back This refund has been going on since August I ve receive emails letting me know they re working on it I want my money back from this crooked company If I paid 49 98 Why send me back 24 99 Lawyers are next How long does it take to give a refund
