Called in today to get our ideas for chairs for a living area Dale checked in with us and left us alone until we asked for help Perfect Due to his help as well as the chairs bought a dining table chairs and bench and arm chair No pressure just help putting cushions from another chair in right colour on our choice Pratt s choice is huge and we ll displayed If we need more furniture we will be back

Chris was very helpful and went over and above to provide the upholstery I wanted We did find that one or two other assistants in the store were a bit pushy Unfortunately the order was delayed for some time which was not the fault of the store Chris kept us reasonably updated When the chairs were delivered the two men could not have been more helpful I m thrilled with the chairs

Good quality furniture and professional sales staff

I was grateful that you had abundant parking spaces even though you are located in the centre of town There are many goods on display hence a wide selection is available I was attended to by Chris Barrowclough who was very helpful and showed that he knows your products well and I was able to choose a chair to my satisfaction based on his advice My only misgiving is that I was told my recliner would be ready for delivery in eight weeks however your email of 7th November states that I can expect it at the start of February about four weeks longer
