In store service was wonderful I have been chronologically helped by Paul Johnson Richard Sanderson Paul Johnson again and then Christopher Barrowclough What sealed the deal for me was the initial discussion first time with Paul Paul seemed to know what I was after without even having to say much Christopher went out of his way to work out the delivery which we had issues with I would like to graciously thank them they do an outstanding job hats off Delivery however was poor I wished Trustpilot offered the option to upload pictures Some of the shelves and wardrobe door handles came with imperfections - some more noticeable - you d expect to find elsewhere but not at Pratts Whether due to laziness indifference incompetence or whatever I did not appreciate their dishonest answer when I questioned why the shelves hadn t been spaced out equally as instructed I had to do it myself which took a long time as I didn t have the right screwdriver They seemed more concerned with getting a signature out of me without having the chance to properly inspect the wardrobe or read what I m signing Instructions wardrobe unit came with were left on the floor Unprofessional uncaring and the opposite from the in store experience I would have appreciated to be asked about the shoes on my carpet You don t need a Masters Degree to have good manners but it goes a long way

Visited Christopher Pratt s Leeds store looking to purchase a new bed the sales person was very helpful looking after us and eventually we decided on a new complete bed headboard and pillows etc was told it would be 5 to 6 weeks needs to be made we were happy for that as we knew it had to be ordered then made recieved voice mail telling me my goods were in the warehouse 6 weeks later after ordering them thought great we ll have our new bed etc in a few days phoned up to arrange a delivery time to be told it will be at least 2 weeks before we can deliver So after being bombarded with phone calls voice mails text emails telling me my bed etc was in your warehouse I can not have them for another 2 weeks so it will be 8 week before we can have them delivered Evan though there sat in your warehouse for a fortnight Won t be visiting Christopher Pratt s in a hurry

Disappointed with quality - Now repaired
We have had lots of furniture from Christopher Pratts and have noticed that the quality is dropping We bought the Brittany dining set 6 chairs sideboard and display cabinet All the items except the chairs had to be replaced due to quality issues and now the chairs joints are starting to loosen but we are told as they are out of warranty there s nothing that can be done Voting with our feet Won t be shopping there again Update After being contacted bt the CEO our chair was picked up and repaired quickly and efficiently to the standards we are used to with Christopher Prats I m sure this was just a breakdown in the excellent service we have always received Thankyou

Communication problems
Store experience was very good choice of products was wide and staff were well informed After sales let the store down communication re delivery and fitting was poor There was an unnecessarily long delay in fitting the carpet with no communication from the store This also happened recently with a furniture delivery
