This is our 2nd purchase with Christopher Pratts We dealt with Chris Barraclough who listened to what we wanted He gave us space to browse and look around the showroom and was available to answer our questions about the product the quality of the dining table and delivery lead times etc He was very personable attentive and genuinely a nice person to deal with People buy from people they like When we need a sofa later in the year we will purposely seek out Chris and deal with him

A salesperson that FULLY knows the product David Tolchard made the experience of selecting a new bed stress free We made our purchase having been given easily understandable options on the choices available Thank you David

My husband and I decided to visit Pratts as we had bought an easy chair previously and had admired a suite my sister had had from yourselves Lisa Berry met us as we were walking round and asked if we needed assistance She was a very polite pleasant and helpful young lady and we found exactly what we wanted So much so that we returned on 22 01 25 and ordered another chair

We bought a Sealy bed on the 3rd Jan and Lynne the Sales Rep who dealt with us was so friendly and knowledgeable We didn t feel pressured and given time to make our choice Nothing was too much trouble She answered all our questions thoroughly We always shop at Christopher Pratts and the main reason is the helpful friendly service every time Thank youMr Mrs Borman

We have dealt with Richard Sanderson over a number of years most recently on Wednesday 22nd Jan when we added an item to a previous order that Richard has managed for us for a long time As usual nothing was too much trouble and the transaction was completed with efficiency and good humour He makes it a pleasure to shop

Fabulous store with excellent service
