We called in on Jan 18th and were assisted by Anna Allsebrook who looked after us while we purchased an Ercol desk tv cabinet and shelf unit The quality of her service helped us decide to add the sideboard to the order today

We recently purchased a new sofa from Pratts currently awaiting delivery In the past we have bought numerous items from Pratts and always one of the first places we come to when looking for new furniture Vast modern showroom with lots of choice you would be hard pushed not to find something What I like about the store is that there are no pushy sales you are free to wander but people on hand should you have any questions Our salesman was Richard Sanderson he was very helpful and knowledgeable especially on the different fabrics and which were the best choices with pets etc this enabled us to make a well informed choice Richard has kept us up to date since we placed the order and we should expect our new sofa around mid April We asked for a sample of the fabric and this was received in the post within a week of ordering Would recommend
