Another great purchase

We have been customers of Christopher Pratts for over 20 years and have never been disappointed with the customer service and quality of our purchases All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful A special thanks to Tamsyn for her assistance and help with choosing our new sofa

David Tolchard the salesman was super

David Tolchard the salesman was super helpful but didn t use any hard sales on us We have purchased from Pratts before and always found their service to be very good plus a big choice of stuff As yet the mattress has not arrived so we can t comment on that at the moment

We recently purchased a mattress and received excellent customer service from David Tolchard We weren t 100 sure what we wanted and David knowledgeably guided us throughout our decision David was warm friendly and patient and at no point did we experience any sales pressure We were also happy with the price and aftercare Thank you

Professional and Attentive Service

I ve always been impressed when visiting Christopher Pratts but our experience with purchasing a new bed mattress was exceptional On my first visit David Tolchard was extremely knowledgeable friendly and professional but not pushy I returned a couple of weeks later with my husband and was surprised that I was recognised The sale process itself was quick and very efficient with all our questions answered I can highly recommend this store

Helpful service and honest salesmanship

Furniture shopping generally fills me with dread Pratts as usual is our goto place and in this case it was a bed we were after I need not have worried The experience turned out to be very efficient and the guidance we received to help us make the purchase was superb David Tolchard is an exceptional salesman He is both very knowledgeable and extremely patient We did have lots of questions and probably took up too much of his time but this never showed Neither did he put any pressure on us and was superb at explaining all aspects of the sale All round excellent experience

Worth the walk from the railway station

We have previously bought Ercol bedroom furniture from your sister company Russel Dean and wished to complete the set with bedside cabinets Russel Dean did not have them in their showroom but you did Your salesman David Tolchard was happy to show us the two Ercol options and after a splendid coffee in your lounge area we made our choice and placed an order David was very knowledgeable about Ercol and their products and his friendly laid back style is to be commended

You never feel pressured by the sales

You never feel pressured by the sales people at Pratts they let you browse but are always there to help when you need some guidance David Tolchard took time to explain the difference in beds that I was looking at and left me to my own devices until I was ready He was very knowledgeable and did what he could to get me the best price He then followed up with an expected delivery period to manage expectations I would recommend David and Pratts

We went to Christopher Pratts in Leeds

We went to Christopher Pratts with the intention of looking for a new mattress for our bedroom When we reached the bedding department we were in need of help there were so many beds to choose from Fortunately David Tolchard was on hand and introduced himself to us He asked what our needs were and selected a range of mattress s to try out He was very knowledgable about all of them and assisted us greatly in making our final choice without any pressure We learnt a lot about beds during our visit and are looking forward to delivery If you are looking for a bed or mattress search for David you will not be disappointed

Quality furniture and friendly professional staff

Prior to our visit to Christopher Pratts we visited local furniture showrooms only to find a disappointingly limited choice and over priced poor quality furniture We then saw a TV ad for Christopher Pratts and decided to pay a visit As soon as we walked through the door we were welcomed by a friendly member of staff We then explored 2 very large shopfloors each floor offering a vast display of high quality furniture We were delighted to find just what we wanted and made our choice from the Ercol range Our order was taken by David Tolchard David was very friendly and professional We have no hesitation in awarding David Pratts a 5 star review for its polite and friendly staff and well displayed top quality furniture
