CPS has just sold two HMOs in Roath Cardiff for us and it just took them one day to get this in place Sian Hiatt from the sales team was excellent She took the time to understand our situation and the properties being sold She gave me good advice on how to present the properties for sale which I followed She then dealt with the purchaser in a very professional manner which enabled the sales of both properties I strongly recommend CPS if you are considering selling a property

We recently sold our house with CPS Homes and would highly recommend them All of the staff we dealt with were incredible especially Nathan Tiffany and Chelsea The photos and videos were top quality and throughout the process nothing was too much effort for any of the team Our house sold at the initial open house event and went for above the asking price as predicted by Nathan After that Tiffany and Chelsea were on hand at every stage to manage the negotiations and progression of the sale very professionally Overall it was a flawless service and if you are thinking about selling your home with CPS - do it

Chelsea was prompt to reply back and support you with all your inquiries She has helped to navigate us through the whole buying process and recommended us with good solicitor and surveyors Cannot say anything bad as our whole experience was positive There were sone issues with the property which we found out later after the property survey and needed to negotiate price I think this could have been done in a proactive manner but then again these sort of concerns are always tricky Apart from that Chelsea was really really supportive and proactive
