Worst platform ever It keeps lagging even the loading animation lags that s how bad it is The episodes just keep repeating themselves after I just watched it and it shows like 20 ads per episode

Way to many commercials 4 - 15 second commercials every 6 to 10 minutes Always the same ones Netflix and Prime hardly any commercials App isn t great either Hard to navigate

Worst app ever even more if you have ads pricing You watch 4 ads outta 5 crash to menu you reload the app you have to watch from 0 ads You have 3 set of 5 ads for 22min show You watch first set of ads watch 8 minutes of the show new set of ads crash to menu reload your show have to watch the first 5 ads because app doesnt remember where you were skip to 8 minutes watch 2-3 ads outta 5 crash to menu or as it just happened today act like as I finished the show Honnestly it is the worst app by far

What s more frustrating than ads

What s more frustrating than ads interrupting your show at least three times in 20 minutes The complete lack of creativity in ad placement with the same repetitive ads disrupting your experience multiple times in a single episode show and even throughout the day They interrupt the show three times show four ads each time and bombard you with the same ads so often that you end up hating the app and want to delete it Here s something even worse if you pause an episode a few minutes before it ends and resume it later they ll hit you with another set of four ads just because you started again Then right before the episode concludes they sneak in four more ads preventing you from seeing the ending until you sit through the same ads And as soon as the next episode starts you re hit with four more usually the same ones It s maddening to watch 12 ads in 5 minutes leaving you regretting ever opening the app in the first place Goodbye Crave

Wasted time should have stayed with Prime

Canceled my subscription because of budget Got a receipt 10 days later showing I d been charged well after cancellation Wrote and called about reimbursement On the phone left on an endless hold as soon as I clarified the reason for my call Reply emails saying our TOU say we don t have to refund Pretty sure TOU don t cover you when you take money off a card after the fact Was totally willing to support a Canadian competitor challenging Prime but Prime has never taken money off my card illegally and the rare moments I have had an issue they ve never argued said too bad so sad and then justified theft under TOU Clearly I should have just stayed with Prime

I wish I could rate zero stars Stay away from crave indefinitely This is possibly the worst thing iv ever spent money on Firstly the slowest and clunkiest app in the world Second its super expensive and you have to watch way too many ads 4-5 ads at a time around 5 times per episode Each ad being 50 seconds This is all after paying 20 per month which is crazy This company truely needs to go Robery what they are offering for the price Again the WORST service and product I have EVER used Not exaggerating at all Please please please use another service for your content Im begging you

Since November 01 2024 I have noticed an increased number of commercials on Crave Canada I know I am paying for the entry level subscription but 23 commercials during a 21 minute sitcom is ridiculous Load show 5 commercials reload program 5 commercials show intro 3 commercials 10 minutes of show 5 commercials 1 minute left of show 5 commercials Time to cancel

It seems pointless to write this review because they don t care and still make millions However I will support what everyone else is saying Horrible streaming service too many commercials too often and very buggy on television App is difficult to maneuver through As long as we keep paying though they won t change anything
