They don t recognise any current account balance above zero and they think any balance on a credit card is a borrowing debt If you use a credit card to get cashback or other benefits which is the smart thing to do and pay it off in full every month they think you have an outstanding loan type debt Really basic stuff but their systems are too dumb to take this into account So I can have 20k in my current account and be spending loads and getting lots of benefts and my score goes down because I am using too much of my credit limit Waste of time and actually damaging if the banks want to look at me for loans to my businesses

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with Although they recommend companies and receive cash incentives if a company is bad they pass the blame on to me us the consumer as the onus is on us if we accept a company lender recommended by them Credit Karma state by clicking on a link within their website it automatically takes you to the lenders website therefore if the company they recommend is not trustworthy they accept no blame as we the consumer are at fault as we clicked on the link Please DO NOT TRUST CREDIT KARMA They are happy to accept CASH INCENTIVES when things go right but NO BLAME if things go wrong or not to OUR liking

I don t like using credit karma because don t understand how they workout your score Your score never improve with credit karma Unlike other apps when your score go down on credit karma they make it stay down forever I find it very depressing I m thinking of stopping using it

I have had a fraudulent CCJ on my account and now another lie of a missed payment to someone but they won t tell me who I have tried the dispute button which leads nowhere and to nothing and no customer service to contact Rubish EDIT Your bellow answer is B S TransUnion state that there is no CCJ on their report And why will you not tell me the company that filed this so that I can approach them and find out what is going on This CCJ has been filed this October at an adress that I haven t lived at for over 2 years Did you not find that suspicious

App relies on TransUnion data I have incorrect data collected by them and still have issues getting MY data corrected It s stopping me from getting new Bank products Useless and nobody can help when there is an issue at Karma i have contacted you several times but say I have to talk with TransUnion as it s not your error

The whole credit system is an utter con Governments billions in debt giving credit scores to the poors is further rubbing our noses in the dirt Sooner this system collapses the better Up yours

Dealing with Credit Karma has been one of the worst experiences of my life I haven t been able to log into my own account for almost half a year Despite starting multiple support tickets to resolve the issue nothing ever gets fixed It s like my concerns are falling into a black hole Since I can t access my account I m stuck receiving endless spam from them in my mailbox and I have no way to stop it Worse still I can t even close the account to put an end to this madness There s no one to actually talk to just automated responses and dead ends It s infuriating how such a large company can be so utterly incompetent and unresponsive Credit Karma is a nightmare of a company and I deeply regret ever engaging with them Honestly the world would be better off without this sham of a business I wouldn t shed a tear if they went bankrupt or had all their assets frozen and seized They re nothing but a bunch of trolls hiding behind a fa ade of customer service Save yourself the stress and avoid this company at all costs

I always had an excellent credit rating until I got out of debt started paying up my credit card balance each month and moved house - then it plummeted I have never missed a payment on anything in my life This whole thing is a legal scam probably funded by people who want us to have bad ratings so they can rip us all off They now make no profit from me go figure

I have false information on my credit file with yourselves On disputing it you put me through to Transunion because they supply you with the information They state a maximum of 28 days for a response Guess what More than 28 days and no response Surely you have some legal responsibility to put this right
