I think the whole process was too long and all the required documentation could have been requested in one or two emails however I had to provide the same documentation over 8 different emails

The system sometimes is frustrating when trying to load the documents or access my personal account ie Ooh lah lah couldn t respond that it has uploaded my current account into the system
