We worked with Rowan for our recent car transportation from Maryland to Tennessee Through MANY twists and turns along the way with multiple pickup date changes Rowan was kind professional and patient I also worked with someone when Rowan was off but do not recall her name She was equally as helpful Rowan worked diligently to find us a driver at a fair rate for every new date change We finally got a confirmed pickup date and the car was delivered to us the following day as the driver committed to driving overnight and dropping off in one day instead of two If we had to have another car shipped I would not hesitate to use Crystal Car Shipping and would specifically request Rowan

This review is long overdue Crystal car shipping is absolutely amazing I have shipped my car a few times with different services and Crystal Car has been the best so far Excellent customer service who genuinely listens to customer concerns and goes out of his way to make sure customer necessities are met My requests were very last minute cross country shipping at a good rate and Crystal Car shipping went out of their way to make that happen Overall I couldn t thank them enough My car was picked up very fast and delivered cross country from California to southern Florida in about 4 days I highly recommend this company
