Terrible Customer Service No Communication

Do not trust this company They are unreliable and the costumer service is absolutely horrendous My car was supposed to be picked up on a Saturday by noon After the time has passed I tried to contact costumer service multiple times and I was continuously put on hold When I finally reached someone they said my car is still scheduled to be picked up 3 DAYS LATER I finally received a call that the truck driver was available to pick up my car and he late due to fuel problems NOTHING WAS COMMUNICATED TO ME THAT THE TRUCK DRIVER HAD PROBLEMS FOR 3 DAYS I will be filling a dispute to get my money back

PATHETIC SERVICE

Practically no customer service On phone getting through to them takes 45 to 85 minutes weight No online live chat availableNo response to emails No live tracking You are practically their mercy The day i booked the car received a call from one of the CSRs As soon as he came to know that i have already booked through their website and not through sales guy the bloke immediately hung-up in a very rude fashion Instead of reaching out to the receiver directly they sent an email to me to ask him to get in touch with RoadrunnerThis is absolutely ridiculous preposterous I don t know the whereabouts of the car

This company is terrible

This company is terrible They promise a lot and deliver nothing Customer service is awful if you can even get a real person The phone just keeps pumping out that standard message all operators are currently busy please hold the line or visit our website When I did get a real person I asked them to track my vehicle and they hung up on me 5 times DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Rude impolite service

Joseph Welna would hang up the phone immediately at the moment you say no Then he would send you email complaining that you wasted his time and tried to teach you do not do that No wonder I saw so many bad rates about this broker

NO service after the sale

Roadrunner gave me a quote and arranged a carrier Once that was done everything was horrible The quote they gave me was increased by almost 200 dollars Then the carrier cancelled Then the new carrier came did not speak English so he could not communicate and refused to come into our neighborhood but this is a new neighborhood and plenty of car carriers 4 that I know of have come in to deliver or pick up vehicles Then once at the destination the carrier refused the drop site too When roadrunner called us they cited safety as the reason The carrier dropped the car off in the middle of a 4 lane highway HOW IS THAT MORE SAFE When I called RR I was on hold for 48 minutes before the shipment was picked up just now I was on hold for 90 minutes then they hung up on me When I call the other lines to get a quote etc the hold time is 8 minutes Once they get your money and your car there will be no service The person who gave me the quote will not return my calls Run from road runner

They do not hold drivers responsible for property damage

The contracted driver tore out 15 of guard rail on my private road RoadRunner said basically too bad we are not responsible and you will have to solve with the driver directly Well I didn t hire the driver you did And I didn t pay the driver I paid you So I disputed the transport charge on my cc Can t have it both ways If RoadRunner is not responsible for the damage then they don t get paid Oh and the driver was a real piece of work too Clueless and didn t follow simple instructions

Don t bother with Road Runner

We booked our car shipment 3 weeks ahead of our requested date of pickup After not hearing anything and calling multiple times with no anyone answering we finally received a call the day before our pickup date stating they couldn t locate a carrier Very unreliable

The worst

I will be adding to the many negative reviews for this company I bought a 1949 Ford F5 truck in Moses Lake Washington and wanted to move it to Nampa Idaho I used the Road Runner Auto Transport website to book the transport They quoted me 725 for the 390 mile trip That seemed reasonable Then they asked for the dimensions of the vehicle which the seller provided They then raised the price to 925 because they said the truck was big I had told them upfront that it was a Ford F5 so they should have known it was big when they quoted it in the first place Then a couple days later they raised it to 1221 because they said the truck was inoperable which was false The truck ran and moved on its own power Since I was on a tight timetable I was forced to agree to this extortion So the truck was delivered on Monday December 11 by two guys who clearly were descendants of the Keystone Cops Despite having ample room to maneuver they were totally incapable of backing up the trailer with the vehicle on it This must have been the very first job they ever did and they had no concept of how to drive and back up with a long trailer Back and forth they went for half an hour blocking traffic on the main road as they vainly failed to get the concept of which way to turn the steering wheel to get the trailer to go the way they wanted They talked to each other in Russian I believe so I couldn t tell what they were saying but finally after many failed attempts to back the truck up I had to tell them explicitly how to turn the wheel and where to drive I couldn t believe how incompetent these guys were When they finally got to the point where the vehicle could be unloaded they ran the vehicle into the neighbor s fence and bent it over Then they couldn t get the ramps back on the trailer I will never call this company again Bait and switch on the pricing then send out two incompetents to deliver the vehicle

Rob Aiola customer representative is nothing short then immature and unprofessional Very rude email after I addressed the bait and switch on there quote I felt as though I was talking to a teenager who is trolling on a video game chat Completely unnecessary when I was considering the quote but glad his attitude raised a red flag that made me dig into this companies reviews Poor little guy is frustrated he can not close a simple inbound lead He should try a different cover name as I m sure the is fake ROB Fumbles is a better fit Disgusting attitude but makes sense after reading these horrific reviews Not cut out for sales
