I recently finished the Digital MBA for Tech Leaders at CTO Academy and it was amazing What makes it really special is the community aspect They offer monthly sessions and workshops that are super useful So the learning carries on after graduation The course materials were spot on and easy to follow I could learn at my own pace which was mostly early in the morning for me It was a great way to start my day The lectures were filled with real-life examples from experienced leaders making the lessons not just theoretical but really practical One of the best parts was getting to meet and talk with other people in the course Whether it was networking sessions or just group discussions it was comforting to see that others face similar challenges Sharing ideas and experiences with a diverse group really broadened my perspective and was incredibly valuable This course has really changed how I work and interact with my team I m applying what I learned daily and it s making a big difference If you re in tech leadership or aiming to get there I highly recommend this course It s packed with relevant information that you can start using right away

I ve been following CTO Academy since around roughly it launched At first I found some of the blog articles insightful and informed some of the work that I did as the Head of Engineering at my startup Also went through their Foundations program which was helpful Eventually I signed up to be part of the first cohort of the Digital MBA program While there were some rough edges around it at first by the end of the program some of them had been smoothed out CTO Academy is a startup after all It s hard for me to quantify how much I gained from the program over the last 11 months but I ve definitely gained a significant perspective toolkit and vocabulary for technical business leadership Outside of their paid offerings their slack community group is awesome Lots of activity and smart folks sharing resources Definitely a perk I ll continue to be a fan of their work and following CTO Academy in the future

CTO Academy crossed my path almost a year ago and it s been a fantastic journey Being a seasoned Technology Executive I was looking for ways to reinforce the breadth of skills and savvy that are a constant part my role We all have this gut sense that some areas in us feel like the floor might be a little creaky under there and seek a way to shore it up I looked at well-known programs like MIT and Wharton but jumped onboard with CTO Academy instead The content has breadth of topics using micro-lectures and tons of reference materials but even more importantly the team especially CEO Andrew and CTO Jason were quite accessible in advance helping me feel like this would be a great community to become involved in And boy is it This global vibrant community has top-notch high-level Tech Leaders alongside up-and-coming new leaders thirsty for mentoring and it has become a daily catalyst in my life I ve formed many exciting new friendships with great peers to bounce ideas and best practices with Working through the content itself has also been a wonderful experience with stellar speakers that you end up wanting to get to know better who spark new ideas in you by the way they think There are continuous weekly live sessions even beyond the MBA course with those same and more fabulous speakers For strong experienced Technology Leaders like me even in areas that I already know CTOA and its community help me refresh and renew my own knowledge giving me new ways of looking at things and that carries throughout my day They encourage and provide a platform for aspiring new leaders to reach for the stars and that s fulfilling to be a part of I m excited to be a great fan and friend of CTO Academy in many ways going forward

At the time of me signing up for CTO Academy I was in a Senior Leadership position managing multiple teams in various tech disciplines I knew there were some gaps in my knowledge that I wanted to fill and decided that a CTO course would be the best course of action to take to best prepare me for the role I had researched a few options and after meeting with Andrew one on one made the call that CTO Academy was the right path for me The course as well as all of the lecturers exceeded my expectations The course not only taught me lessons that will help me to be successful in the future it also affirmed my current knowledge giving me the confidence that I knew what I was doing in my day job The community is also something that I didn t expect when I first signed up It s daily that the community at CTO Academy are interacting with each other in Slack helping out with problems job openings or celebrating wins This to me sets this group apart from others and ultimately will lead to high impact in members careers and day to day lives Thank you to Andrew Jason and the rest of the CTO Academy team for an amazing course

I will first ask you what are you looking for Are you looking for someone else s experience or are you worthy to take on this challenge to take on this new chapter of your life I remember a Monk saying once if you keep on asking How was your experience climbing the mountain Somehow you will be looking to experience what the other has Will you climb that mountain for yourself or for the other A leader carves their own path This is CTO Academy I came here to gather my own unique experience and rump up my own career from Software Engineer to now Leading a team of amazing Engineers and the road does not stop here I will keep on going I will keep on climbing my own journey CTO Academy has given me the tools to become a better version of myself to get out of the shadow and come into the light Where all leaders belong Are you ready to join me

What an awesome educational experience I earned my Digital MBA on a fast-track and within a year CTO Academy approach to training was very effective and the expertise in the subject matter was evident The instructors were able to explain complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand and encouraged participation which made the sessions interactive and content easy to absorb

Completing the Digital MBA for Technology Leaders from CTO Academy has been a transformative experience The program s comprehensive curriculum and expert insights have significantly enhanced my leadership skills preparing me for future challenges I appreciate the efforts of Andrew Jason and the entire team in creating such an invaluable resource As the Chinese proverb says Learning is a treasure that will follow its owner everywhere This journey has truly been a pivotal step in my professional growth

CTO Academy is an amazing ecosystem I ve only been involved in coaching and from the few sessions I ve had so far it has really helped me step up my game and answer so many questions that seemed so complicated in the past I had a chance to work with Sanjay and let he knows A LOT He has ample experience and you can tell from the get go he knows what he s talking about I hope to continue with this amazing training

The MBA from CTO Academy was an excellent 360 course from a technical leadership perspective The course provides a good structure for learning with each module and additionally offers multiple resources books websites etc that are helpful should you wish to take a much deeper dive than the course requires The course worked well for me as it allowed me to pause when I was busy for a few weeks and then do some sprints when things eased up again to catch up without any pressures of falling behind - it s completely flexible and catered to your own journey while also being part of a syndicate group The team at CTO Academy is great and I have no doubt that this course will continue to evolve and improve with their customer-first attitude and feedback loops Thank you CTO Academy Team wishing you all the very best
