Absolutely excellent and fit my short legs Love the cosy feel and being dry m a postie and these are an excellent addition to my winter work wear Highly recommend

My only problem was I wasn t aware the product was coming from abroad so it took longer than I expected However it was easy to follow the tracking

The items took a short while to arrive but they were definitely worth the wait I practically live in them I bought the jacket and trousers and when they arrived I wondered how effective they would be because they look a little thinner than I imagined but even in the storm we had yesterday they kept me nice and warm and dry I ll be ordering more

I ordered the wrong item Just didnt

I ordered the wrong item Just didnt work the website and contacted Cuddlr to see if it was possible to exchange for the trousers I wanted and they made it very easy with no extra charge The equestrian trousers arrived yesterday and are ideal Just waiting for some cold weather to wear them I am a size 8 and have bought a 10 and the fit is comfy not too baggy Very pleased

I ordered the fleece lined joggers the waist sizes were about 2 sizes above the uk sizes so I sized up took about 2 weeks for them to arrive but great communication from the company itself and the delivery company also but defs worth the wait Lovely n thick but easy to move about in can t wait for a cold winters day to wear them I d defs recommend these and will defs buy again

Was apprehensive about buying a pair of trousers due the bad reviews on here Commented on a Facebook ad and Cuddlr contacted me almost immediately and said they would send me a pair and I could pay on delivery once happy with the trousers Arrived quickly and fitted great Still to put to the test but they look promising Great service and communication from Cuddlr Thank you

Customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD

I needed to exchange my trousers and Mike was dealing with this I cannot put into words how amazing his customer service was and how patient he was When I sent out the trousers they ended up at the post office and not at his business but he went out of his way to retrieve them and quickly sent out my exchange and he dealt with us amazingly Would definitely recommend buying some of their products
