Awful quality trousers nothing like whats pictured so thin and short they barely go past your knees and not waterproof at all just slightly water resistant When I asked to return for a refund I got a really sassy reply saying I should of checked the length of them before ordering I actually found a similar better pair online for 5 Don t waste your money with this fraudulent company Definitely bots writing all the positive reviews

Was offered discount at the start Could not see how to add discount code then at point of pay it said discounted garment that I thought was the original discount ended up paying for two of the same garment asked for refund and still weighting now over 6 days My mistake as could have gone to Amazon almost the same less price and as I have prime refund right away and next day delivery

Lied about stating these were a pre-order I ordered 3 weeks ago to receive in time for Christmas I received an email saying the items had been shipped a week later and email came apologising for the wrong email about shipping I emailed the company in-between and was told by Mike that they had been clear on many angles about pre order this is untrue when I challenging about feeling like a scam he said no problem I received another email from anyone person who i responded to saying OK if stock is coming I will keep the order only to receive yet another email with a refund Probably avoid this company if I were you Shouldn t be able to take people s money and not provide the goods

Previously did a 5 review as their customer service at that time was great 12th December 24 however it is now 4th January 25 and still not received my order Should have checked on Amazon would have arrived next day - we live and learn

I so wanted to love the company I ve been debating for a long while about these Finally decided to bite the bullet as I was desperate for work trousers and a jacket Ordered 7th Jan only dispatched half my order a few days ago still not received and the other half this morning 23rd Jan I contacted them on their chat- tried for three days so I could cancel before dispatch which I stated zero response despite the chat saying they respond within a few minutes Conveniently next day the trousers were dispatched This was an expensive order for me and I m not even sure I have gotten the sizes right Based upon this experience I would return for a refund instead of an alternative size Was initially spammed by emails from someone called Mike about my order and then went completely radio silent The whole experience has just been soured I expected a long delivery time up to 10 working days But at this point winter is almost over so I may as well return anyway

Sadly the items appear quite poor quality and made in China They are very thin and while the fleece lining may make them warm i doubt they would be enough in cokd weatger They are definitely not weatherproof most definitely not waterproof and i doubt showerproof I am now starting the process of returning them should that prove an easy process I may change the rating The items are made in China and to be honest the quality is not great The company have said there must be a fault with the waterproofing I am returning the items which apparently even though faulty I have to cover the return cost Which was 6 19 I have asked to be reimbursed for this as the items were faulty it remains to be seen whether this will be forthcoming A further update on this I stand by my comments regarding the poor quality There is potential foe this to be a manufacturing error I have now received a refund I also received a refund for the return postage

Very small sizing Little confidence the support team are giving you the correct info on lead times or sizes The product may be great but I ll never know Sold them on - not re-ordering

Very warm I m yet to test the waterproofness of them - Very short leg length I m a size 6 5 4 and only just fitted

I d love to leave a good review but I have not received my item yet Very slow delivery I was sent a product survey before the item has even reached my home I find the PR overly heavy handed continual stream of emails

I ve now received a couple of items from Cuddlr All very good quality and perform as necessary - that s why we bought them Helpful customer service However I ve also had some issues with odd sizings and non-delivery of supposed dispatched items So a mixed review
