Awful customer service So rude

Would not bother ordering from this company Placed my order over 10 days ago and still NOTHING All it says on the tracking link is that my items are in China Their products aren t exactly cheap so this isn t what you expect delivery wise I ve tried to contact Cuddlr about these issues and received nothing back at all you d think as a small business they d care about customer service clearly not Long story short I wouldn t bother ordering from these unless you want to wait a month for your items to be shipped from china I m sure there s better alternatives out there which quicker delivery and probably more reasonably priced

DO NOT ORFDER FROM CUDDLRThese were a birthday present ordered 10th Oct and website gave impression of 48 hr UK tracked delivery Now 21st Oct nothing Have tried to find a phone number nothing Have emailed nothing Have raised dispute via Paypal for full refund as birthday in question was 14th Oct and bought alternative Having received the response from Cuddlr I refute their claims emails do not give any mention of delivery date clicked tracking number it did not work Went back to website to place test order and stand by review above nowhere does it say that items are not held in stock in the UK and have to be shipped from China will take weeks to arrive Click on Risk Free Returns banner it doesn t go to a new screen Click on 30 day guarantee banner it doesn t go anywhere The address registered is a PO Box in Manchester search for it on Goggle it does not recognise the address

UPDATE Received but due to hospitalisation have not been able to update review Item is ok but don t expect it to last too long Overstiching inside is not of good quality unfortunately I have been reported for this review for harmful or illegal content I reviewed item and company on my experience Still waiting 10days plus Nothing from cuddlr I ve emailed text but nothing Just hoping that other reviews about the products are incorrect I ll be furious after the wait This company makes out they are a UK based company they are not they are in china Had I known that I wouldn t have bothered NEVER AGAIN

This is a scam don t not use item dose not come they keep taking money out my bank with my permission Don t reply to emails it a scam do not use

I have tried to use this website but I keep getting irritating pop ups I can t browse peacefully without being harassed by stupid messages repeatedly asking me the same stuff and offering discount codes and asking for my details which I provided again and again It s like being hounded by a looky looky man on holiday I just want to order two pairs of equestrian waterproofs so why has this made me so angry Not a shopping experience I enjoy so I m off to the local equestrian shop this morning to shop properly and peacefully Edit Clearly this was an omen I should have backed away The nasty ill fitting trousers arrived during one of our worst storms and were quickly returned at my expense What promised to be a game changing product turned out to be a huge disappointment

cheap crap paid a decent amount of money for 2 pairs as a christmas present obviously drop shifted the clothes they sell to rinse you of your money haven t even got their brand name on them just a made in china label they look like they re from shein thin material i doubt they are even waterproof don t buy from this company

Absolute rubbish resold from another Chinese site I bought a pair at 8 and compared them they re identical even the same brand name Don t expect to be able to return anything for a refund either the parcel is never accepted so the refund is never issued Edit Despite signing for and photographic evidence they received the items back they are saying they have not got them back Escalating to small claims court

I do not understand how or why these trousers are getting such rave reviews - I can only think they are bots writing them They are dreadful quality- nasty cheap lining and make the most enormous amount of noise when wearing them - you d definitely hear me coming They took weeks to arrive too I d ask for my money back but from reading other reviews about the returns policy I ll only be offered a few quid as they need returning to China We live and learn

Chinese tat ordered a size 10 and 14 The products that turned up where poor quality and can t be ridden in and the sizes where marked L and 3XL The L fitted a 7 year old and the 3XL went straight in the bin Absolute junkYou will see that they replied below offering to send replacements I contacted them and guess what Nothing So don t be fooled
