I won t be ordering from you anymore because of the appalling service I receive from APC Overnight everytime I order

Ordered 5 packs of wooden stirrers only 4 in stock so had to pay shipping as under 100 Received in poor condition

Customer service non existent Low quality I paid for the express delivery that took 4 daysWill not be using company again

4 5 boxes arrived 4 Days late Still waiting for 8oz cups now 7 days late 12 Oz lids do not fit 12 Oz cups both supplied as matched item by Cups Direct No communication from them - having to chargeback through bank I know other major suppliers are a little more expensive but lesson learnt Never dealing with this company again Their products are even worse than their customer service and delivery timeframe RESPONSE UPDATE I did finally receive a refund 2 weeks later and numerous messages and calls asking to remove my review It s unfortunate you refer my messages as threats they were polite and factual comments regarding using the banking service to get my refund as you kept saying i would receive an immediate refund but I didn t I totally understand issues with couriers that s why I dealt with them directly for two days before I contacted you That doesn t change the fact that you didn t respond for several days to an issue you were aware about and it took a negative review to prompt a response Secondly after the previous issues your lids didn t fit the cups you supplied And when forced on they split

We use lots of cups for our new business and I was looking for a new supplier as our normal supplier let us down these cups are such poor quality and the lids leak Total disaster

Terrible I cannot recommend this company Order eventually turned up 3 days later than promised Was promised a refund that l am STILL waiting to receive I will never use these jokers again

I ordered cups and paid for overnight delivery to arrive no later than 5pm on Saturday I organised people to be in but no one from either the delivery company or CupsDirect got in touch Needless to say the cups did not arrive Nor did they answer have they answered my emails And i just got an answerphone when I rang In fact this rating request is the first contact from Cups Direct I have received since Friday The first contact I got from the delivery company was this morning when I was already on my way into work with meetings all morning so I couldn t rearrange delivery to say my parcels would be delivered between 10 15 and 12 15 Since I needed the cups on Saturday evening I am not feeling very well disposed towards either company

I suppose not entirely their fault but the courier failed to deliver the goods - ended up going to be 5 days later for delivery so ended up cancelling the order Refunded promptly so positive for that

Irresponsible company We paid 6 for delivery and still hasn t arrived after a week rang up few times to the office no one was available Please refund the money

Delivery has still not arrived although over night delivery was paid for no response from supplier will not be recommending this company or reordering Refund is required when eventual response is received
