good product selection and prices - minor trouble with breakages

Good website easy to place order and pay Delivery OK and prompt though actual delivery was a few hours later then the window advised by text Minor grumble - was expecting 1500 cups 30 off 50 sleeves but only got 29 sleeves 1450 cups

A little slow to set up account but lovley staff and swift delivery of goods

Company very easy to deal with Great selection of party plastics and competitive prices Fast delivery The only trouble - disposable champagne flutes - to many broken in the individual packs Maybe alternative more secure packaging should be considered

Ordered plastic wine glasses which were

Over all I am happy with the service I received from Cups Direct The process was a little slow to set up and the cost of the P P was high However the delivery was quick and the goods were received in good condition I would be happy to use Cups Direct again

Good but big let down from APC

Ordered plastic wine glasses which were needed by next day and they did arrive had to pay postage For then money the glasses were adequate for what they were needed Only down side is you have to put the bowl on the stem but would order again if needed

Cups delivered

While the service with Cups direct is great the big let down is the APC the carrier Eventough I have special notes regarding the delivery the driver doesn t follow them Which cause me unnecessary stress heart ache

Always a good service from CupsDirect

I was very happy with the speed of delivery and the email sent to inform me when the cups would arrive However on the day of delivery both my husband and I had to be out briefly at the same time My husband left a note for the cups to be left on the porch this didn t happen which I can understand and the cups were delivered next door Again this fine but it would have been helpful if a note had been left through the letter box to inform me of this as we waited in for the rest of the day not knowing that the cups were with the neighbour Thank you

Quick but expensive postal

My delivery was quick i didn t need them straight away but it was quick and i was kept informed of when it was being delivered My only gripe is the cost of the delivery which was high an option for a slower and cheaper delivery option for non-urgent orders would be useful

Good product and prompt delivery

Good product and prompt delivery I wasn t in a hurry for this item and would happily have waited a week so I would have liked a cheaper delivery option rather than 6 95 overnight which was the cheapest However the cups are exactly what I wanted and a good price Sadly when I phoned the local recycling centre they couldn t tell me where to recycle them and suggested I recycle them with the ordinary plastic lined ones which defeats the object of buying compostable ones but that s not your fault

Urgent goods delivery

Having previously left a 1 Star poorly rated review please treat this as an amendment It is clear that Cups direct received an order for Monday delivery and sure enough my order was received on time as promised The error leading to my previous poor rating appears to have been mine and I withdraw that review without reservation Sincere apologies to Cups Direct who did exactly what was stated on the order Delivery was prompt and the customer service has also been excellent

Registering was problematic on line

Registering was problematic on line but was satisfactorily resolved via telephone Ordering was delt with by telephone with ease However the order was not received next day and when I called the day after to enquire about this I was told it would be invistigated and I would recieve a call back to advise me whether there was a problem with delivery I did not receive the call back I was assured Not good for a first experience Though I would use your services again I would prefer a different courier
