GOOD AFTERNOON NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED NOT RECEIVED NOTHING WHEN WILL DELIVER

Was under the impression that I wo receive my order the next day before 4pm but haven t got my order

Delivery is still yet to arrive to delivery address it was meant to arrive Thursday 10th May I m still awaiting an update

Arrived a day later than informed fault of courier Product not as described advertised as 130ml flutes they were 120ml Quality and packaging very good

Delivery Booked in for Friday 29th July Did not Deliver Re-booked for Monday1st August Did not deliver Now booked for Tuesday 2nd August awaiting delivery

Very happy with cost and service and delivery was very quick However We used the cups for the first time last week at a recording of Gardeners question Time recorded live for the BBC with our gardening group No one could hold their cup of tea or coffee with the cups being far too hot to hold no insulation whatsoever The only thing we could do was put one cup inside another which of course doubled up on the cost making them much more expensive than others we had looked at buying Very disappointed and also rather embarrassed as the gardening experts and many members commented on the fact they were no good for purpose

Have used cups direct for a while now but unfortunately won t be using them again They used to have second to none customer service but this doesn t seem to be the case anymore Unapologetic for mistakes they ve made Their standard delivery used to be a next day service but this has been changed recently to a two day service

I registered to order cups from cupsdirect giving all details requested The order acknowledgement was sent to a previous orderer from our organisation who is no longer involved This is unacceptable

Cupsdirect products are very good quality but They should change delivery company they use APC Overnight which is nightmare has very bad reviews on our local depot Redruth Cornwall My order was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday have confirmation message about delivery but wasnt no information on APC Overnight website what happend tried to call them no luck Wednesday no delivery too again finally I spoked with APC Overnight and We agreed on my collection from local depot next morning Thursday my parcel wasn t there So I traveled 40miles for absolutely nothing they local depot collection point is in different company some car hire company so I couldn t speak directly with APC Overnight lady from car hire company spoked with APC Overnight and told them to deliver my parcel to my cafe which is on different adress from my order they said no problem Im number 6 in the round so will it take 30min to be delivered But wasnt I had to travel again 40miles to collect my parcel My cafe couldn t server food 2 days I lost profit fuel costs Cupsdirect send me refund for delivery but I have lost money in cafe fuel cost Until Cupsdirect don t change their delivery company I will use other company
