Transaction was easy and delivery was prompt Having now used the cups my only complaint is that the degree of insulation is insufficient and that when filled with hot tea the cup is too hot to handle unless 2 cups are used This partly defeats the objective of being environmentally friendly by buying compostable cups

A good service reliably handled

It took a while go get through on the phone - I prefer to speak to somebody rather than going on-line - but the order process was quick and efficient and the person taking the order was pleasant and polite The delivery took place as predicted and the tracking facility was good The order was well packed and the contents suffered no damage The goods seem to be of a decent quality and value for money I would use the service again

The product is quailty but delivery never happened On day two items still sitting in warehouse I wasted my day and time waiting at home on the first day I had to get someone to take me to the depot Anyway CupsDirect sorted out my delivery cost

Great customer service slightly slow delivery

I m giving 4 stars not 5 because my cups didn t arrive until a day after I got a message to say tgey were arriving that day However the person who answered the phone when I rang to ask about this deserves 5 stars for tracking them down there and then and telling m exactly where they were so that we were able to use them at our event We like the bamboo cups for their green credentials but also because they are robust and good looking
