This is a scam do not buy from them I purchased this in March and still haven t received my order I have emailed them numerous times asking where is my order And they keep replying we re looking into it I have asked for refund and no reply Do not waste your time or money

They are the worst with customer service the product doesn t get hot enough for my hair so I requested a return May 12th I ve been mostly ignored I get a generic your return is pending Why does it take 3 weeks to approve a return Make it make sense I m not letting this go and I WILL be getting my money back because like the other review this is not cheap Such a shame

If I could give zero stars that d be it Listen to the reviews people scam is indeed the only word that describes the company Simple as that They wont refund anything thats on sale so be extra aware of that The product is flimsy and two of the attachments wont even hold attach to the blower

Do not buy I bought the styler over a month ago I have had no updates on shipping No responses to my emails after I have sent countless emails asking about the status of the order On their site shipping says it will take 5-7 days they obviously do not plan on sending anything out to me and I advise you don t waste your money on this Don t make the same mistake I did Terrible customer service false advertising and a scam I cant stress it enough

I ordered an airwrap from their webpage and they delivered it to the wrong address and I have been trying to get my money back for three months now and have sent 20 emails to them with no response whatsoever NEVER BUY FROM THEM as they will ignore you and steal your money They only responded to one email when I sent the screenshot of the address I placed on the webpage and the address they delivered the product to showing them that it was incorrect saying that they would look into it and get back to me which they never did

I bought the Curly and loved it at first the round brush attachment broke off the first week I asked for a replacement and they never sent it I used it for a few weeks and then it started smoking It smelled like burning plastic Garbage don t waste your money

Bought one which can straight from china and with no label - clearly a dropshipping business since I found the same product on aliexpress for less than 50 the price Requested a return sent it to the US more than 1 month ago to what seems like a residential address they say they haven t received the goods the carrier says there is no curly in the address - still trying to get my money back or at least the device
